Foot steps hurried across the Sand, they seemed to be rushing- in a hurry.

A raven led them at the front, a pinkette next to him, running just as fast. The ones behind them weren't that far off, about 5 feet away.

S Rank Mission,

Captain: Haruno Sakura

Find and rescue our blond headed knuckle head- Alive.

Last she was seen was around the borders of Suna, find her at all cost.

Mission pay; Nothing. You just get back you're friend.

Mission fails; Nothing but grief.

That was all they needed to pack up and go, they did want to save their friend at all costs. Sadly, some couldn't join them, Gaara for example.

Once they reached the borders they waited for orders. They couldn't do anything without their caption saying so, no matter how much they just wanted to rush out and search.

Sakura nodded her head at them, resting a hand on the Uchihas shoulder. "Alright!" Sakura barked, "Spread out and find her! If you find her remember to send you're chakra through the ground so we others can come over."

They nodded, already spreading out.

Sakura sighed, putting a gloved hand on her forehead. "Oh Naruto, what was the point of those messages.."

Sasuke shook his head, "Its no use to think on it at the moment Sakura." He started walking in the opposite direction, sharingan already active.

Sakura looked determinedly at the surrounding area. "Well...At least I get someone to scold after this.."

Surprisingly, Shikamaru was the one to find her first. Even with his lazy personality he still cared about the blond.

When the others felt the chakra radiate from the ground below, they knew that someone had found their missing blond. So they followed the chakra single.

What they found was not a cheerful, cocky, smartass blond.

No, instead they found a corpse.

Sakura felt a part of her shatter, her body already kneeling down, trying to heal the young women before her.

"H-Hey Naruto..." Sakura whispered dully, "Wake up..."

Sasuke shook his head, looking away from the seen, Gai and Lee became strangely quiet, heads lowered.

A faint noise was hear, enough to catch the attention of the ninja, "...S-Sakura..?"

Sakura whipped her head around, tears gathering in her forest green eyes, "Naruto!?"

Naruto just smiled weakly, "I'm back.."

Tsunade smiled fondly as she stroked the mission report, smile widening as she recalled the report.

Mission Report,

Captain: Haruno Sakura.

Report: Alive.

Mission Success.

Tsunade ruffed the blond locks at where before her, finding relief in them.

Naruto was home and alive, Well and okay.

Tsunade smiled wider at the thought.

Her favorite blond was alive.
