Chapter 3: Truth

-Hange P.O.V-

To say I was shocked that Fred let us stay here would be an understatement. What was more shocking was that the person who made it so we could stay here was Princess Mikasa. 

Right now we are all sitting in their living room. Freckles, Chubby,Princess Mikasa, Blonde Mushroom, Blonde Chick, Emo and us. I decided to tell them their names since they never told us theirs. Furlan laughed at Emo. Mikasa seemed shocked and scared. "You are the prince's sister, so you will have to come with us. Well, we didn't find his lover but his sister will hopefully help with his depression," I said. "What depression," Emo said seemingly nervous.

-Eren P.O.V-

"Levi doesn't speak. At most we can get three words a week. After Eren left him at the altar he put all his energy into finding him. One hundred years ago Mikasa was born. She helped Levi with his depression and trying to find Eren. After a while her life was put in danger so we were forced to send her on to the land for her safety. Except ten years ago we lost contact with the people we sent to protect her. Since then Levi barely speaks, well he didn't speak much since Eren left but it got worse after his sister's death. Which isn't actually true," Hange explained glancing at Mikasa at the last part.

I was shocked at what I heard and Armin, Sasha, Marco, Christa and Mikasa looked at me after hearing my name in her story. "So come on Princess time to go back to the sea," Hange said trying to grab Mikasa. She was in tears from fear, Mikasa never cries so I will stop this. Before Hange could grab her I had her in my arms and let out a feral growl. Hange just cackled, as usual. "What can you do against three trained merfolk, huh," she taunted as she got closer. Mikasa was shaking in my arms. "Mikasa never cries," I said as I pinned Furlan and Isabel to the wall using my powers. 

Hange seemed to be terrified. "What are you," she cried out in fear. "A very pissed off witch," I said with a deadly glare. Her eyes widened in realization. She put her hands up and backed up to show she surrendered. I let Furlan and Isabel off the wall. Mikasa seemed to calm down as I lifted her and put her on the couch. "Is what they are saying true," she asked me.

"Mikasa I can tell there is a spell suppressing some of your memories. Meaning that what they are saying is true, humans don't have the power to do this type of magic," I said. She nodded in understanding at my words. "Don't feel obligated to go back. Do what you feel is best for you. Armin, Sasha, Christa, Marco if she chooses to go back I will go as well to make sure she is safe. If you'd like you can come with us," I said. Looking at them Armin seemed ecstatic, while Sasha, Christa, and Marco seemed a bit doubtful. After telling Hange I'd tell them the answer in the morning I brought the others upstairs to discuss what would happen.

-Time Skip-

The next morning I said I'd be back to the house at noon to talk with Hange and the others. I soon made my way to the orphanage. Armin, Christa, Marco, and Sasha are orphans who live in this specific orphanage. They told me that it was going to close down the end of the week because they couldn't afford the bills. I walked in and said I'd like to adopt Armin, Sasha, Christa and Marco. They were sad to see them go, they were great people who helped the orphanage a lot. Before I left with the papers I gave them my gift. I donated one entire safe's worth of money to them. A total of 2 million dollars. To say they were shocked was an understatement. "Marco, Armin, Christa and Sasha wanted to make sure you would be able to stay open while they lived with me. So this is mostly from them," I said with a small smile. The workers cried and hugged me telling me to take care of them. I waved as I left. Time to tell Hange that we are all going to be leaving in the morning.
