It has been three weeks cents shadow came to town and there is still no sign of the new family that was supposed to be coming. My mom let me go to the mayor's office to find out more about there family. We found out that they are shinigamis. They have a son named drake and is a year older then me and lindy. They are going to move in to the house that was just built down the street from the town hall. I can't remember the last time we had a family shinigamis in te town. Last time we did have one the death notes were stolen and as they where leaving they swore no other shinigami would ever come back even just for protection. So when the town heard they were coming we were all surprised. Later that day we all gathered at the border to she the shinigamis arrival. Watching the arrival of any paranormal is a site to see. Most of the paranormals have to have a protection spell to make them look like someone from the normal world. The spell that was casted over the town was designed to take away any protection spell that hides your true from away. When it does the barrier ripples with light blue and purple. When the people come through there body's get covered in shimmers. As the shimmer and shine fades away there true form is revealed. The first thing I did when they came through is grabbed drake and started showing him the hole town. I showed him everyplace in town from the school ware kids with powers learn how to use them without hurting anyone, to the entrance of the under water caves where the sirens like to hang out. I took the hole after noon showing him the town and it was time to show him where he lived. I was surprised how well it turned out in such a small amount of time. I was so happy that drake liked it so much he said it looked like the house he grew up in everything was the same and he loves it. When he first came to town I had a feeling we were going to be friends. After spending most of the day showing him the town and even know we just met a few hours ago I could see we were already becoming friends.
