Chapter 4: But why?

I woke up the next morning and I felt the same as any other day. Depressed and I just wanted to stay in my bed. "Mom!" I called from my bedroom. She opened my door about two minutes later. "yes Elizabeth?" she said in a hurry. "Im not going to church today. " I said. "oh, ok. are you alright?" she stopped realizing what I just said. "Yeah I just dont feel good." She looked like she was thinking of what to say. "Were taking you to the doctor when I get back." She said closing my door. "No." I yelled loud enough for her to hear me. She didnt reply. I guess I have to go now. 

When we went to the doctors they said I was fine. My mom acted as if she didnt know, but I know she did. "Hmm, I wonder what could be wrong then." She said sarcastically. My phone started to ring. It was Jason. "Hello?" I answered. "Can you come hang out?" he asked. My mom heard and nodded. "Yeah." I said. "Okay, what movie do you want to go see?" he asked. I was shocked. Was this a date? No it couldnt be, he was dating Chloe. "What?" I asked. "What movie do you wanna see?" He said promptly. "Its up to you." I said "Okay." He sounded as if he wasnt sure of what to say next. "Well meet me at my house in a hour ok?" I said. "Alright, Bye." He hung up. 

We went to go see a movie about a boy who wanted to fly to the moon but when he did he missed it back home and he had no more wishes left so he was stuck and he grew old on the moon all alone and sad. "Wow." Jason whispered. "What?" I asked. "Its just I havent kissed you yet." I almost chocked on my popcorn. "You what?" I said mumbled. "I havent kissed you yet." He laughed. I got that feeling again, that throwing up feeling, but I controlled it this time.  "But why?" I looked down at the popcorn. "Because, Its to dark for people to see how pretty of a girl im kissing." He said. I smiled. "Im not pretty." I said. "Your right, your beautiful." He said. I almost died.
