Chapter 15
Miya and Liam . . .
Christina's POV:
"Hey, Liam. Where ya going?", I asked Liam. He turned around to face me and Kathy in the kitchen. "Um, I uh, I uh . . . . . ", Liam stuttered. Kathy and I exchanged suspicious looks. "Liam, don't lie to us", Kathy said as we walked closer to him. "Okay, okay. I have a . . . girlfriend", he said slowly and then quickly opening the door. I closed the door and told him to stop. "Oh, well what's her name?", I asked looking at Liam who was just glaring at the floor. "Her name is Miya Collet", Liam said shyly. "Miya, that's a pretty name. When are you going to bring her here to meet us?", Kathy said. "Today. After I pick her up", Liam said. I let him go and we called everyone downstairs. "What happened guys?", Harry asked sitting on the couch. "Liam has a girlfriend!", Kathy and I yelled in excitement. "Really? That's hard to believe", Niall said getting up. "Shut up Niall! Her name is Miya Collet", Kathy said smiling. "He's bringing her home today. So we have to prepare food for her", I said looking at the other girls. We headed to the kitchen and started to cook. We made cupcakes, pizza, and we poured out soda for Miya. I can't wait to meet her!
Liam's POV:
I opened the door to the house and let Miya in. "Hey guys. This is Miya", I said walking in to the living room. Everyone greeted her and we sat on the couch. There was already food out; I knew it was the girls idea. "Miya, this is Christina, Kathy, Emily, and Perrie. And these are my band mates. Harry, Niall, Louis, and Zayn", I said pointing to everyone. "Oh, nice to meet all of you. Liam told me everything about you guys in the car", Miya said. "Its nice to meet you too. It's about time Liam got a girlfriend", Niall said laughing. I glared at him and Kathy shut him up. "We like to have fun here", I said handing Miya a cupcake. She smiled and I started to plan my revenge on Niall. "Okay, well why don't we take Miya to my room. We'll get to know each other", Christina said leading Miya to her room, with the rest of the girls. I got up and started to walk toward Niall after the girls left. "I was joking, Liam", Niall said hiding behind Harry. "NIALL!!!!!!!!!!", I screamed before chasing him around the house.
Miya's POV:
The girls took me to Christina's room and we started to talk. "So, where you from?", Emily asked me, probably realizing I don't have an accent. "I'm from America. I was born and raised in California", I said looking at the girls. "Haven't you guys picked up an accent?", I asked Emily, Christina, and Kathy. Perrie had an accent, we all knew that. "Nope. We have lived with our American 'accents' ", Christina said, "I'm from New Jersey and so are Kathy and Emily. We've been best friends since preschool. Then after coming here, we met Perrie and we all have been living here", she continued. "Cool", I said looking around Christina's room. "So, being in America must be really fun. I miss New Jersey a lot", Kathy said. I nodded and smiled at them. "Where do you live now?", Perrie asked me. "A block away", I said pointing in the direction of my house. "Oh, I have to go. My mom wants me home by five", I said looking at my IPhone. We went downstairs and Liam dropped me off.
Kathy's POV:
I changed in to my gray sweats and a black hoodie. I took my make up off and tied my hair in to a pony tail. I grabbed my phone and slipped under the covers of my bed. Liam posted a picture of Miya and him on Instagram and I smiled at that. I'm really happy for Liam. Just then Niall walked in to our room and sat next to me. "My neck hurts", he said lying down. "Why?", I asked him. "Liam tackled me to the floor after you guys took Miya upstairs", he said closing his eyes. "Well that's what you get for laughing at him and being mean to him while Miya was here", I said looking at him. He was already fast asleep. I rolled my eyes and slowly closed the door. I walked downstairs where Christina and Perrie were. "Hey, what's up?", I said sitting next to Christina. "Nothing. Just chilling", Perrie said looking at me. "Do you guys wanna go shopping?", Christina asked putting her magazine down. "Sure", I said getting up. "But why?", Perrie asked curious. "Well, Liam's taking us all out for dinner with Miya tonight. We need to buy dresses", she said standing up. "Okay. Let me just change", I said before rushing upstairs. I wore skinny jeans, a blue top with green stripes, and my silver flats. We went in Christina's car, as usual, and drove to the mall. We picked up Miya so she could buy a dress and we took Emily too.
