Chapter 16:
Please Understand Miya
Christina's POV:
"Guys we have to go to Miya's house. Get ready", the guys said coming in to my room. "Why?", I asked confused. "We'll explain everything to you on the way, just get ready", Harry said. Everyone left and I changed in to a different outfit. I wore denim jeans, a long green top, a beige scarf, and a off white pea coat. I popped on my goggles, put my brown leather boots on, and I slipped on my brown bracelet. We followed him and drove down the block to Miya's house. I rang the doorbell and Miya opened it. "Oh, come in", she said letting us in. Her parents weren't home. "Um, we have to talk to you about Liam", Kathy said. "What?", she asked us sitting on the couch. "Well, we think that you are kind of controlling Liam's life", Perrie said looking at Miya. "Oh, well I'm really sorry!", Miya said getting up. I knew she meant well, and she understood what we were saying. "I'm really happy you guys told me. I'll be careful not to control Liam", Miya continued. "Thanks", we said before leaving. "There, glad that's done!", I said sitting in the car. When we got home, I took my coat, scarf, and boots off in my room. I didn't feel like changing and the clothes I was wearing were warm. I sat on the couch and flipped through my fashion magazine.
Kathy's POV:
"I'm going to the mall. I need to exchange the size of my sweater", I said looking for a outfit to wear. "Okay", Niall said leaving our room. I went to Miya's house in sweats and a hoodie and I wanted to change in to something better for the mall. It wasn't cold outside at all. I picked out white skinny jeans, a green sleeve less top, and heels. I put my earrings on, slipped my bracelet on my left hand, and put my watch on my right hand. I walked downstairs and got in to my car after telling the girls where I was going. I drove to the mall and went to the store I needed to exchange my sweater at. After I found the rack with the same sweaters on it, I looked for my size. "Hi, I would like to exchange the size for this", I said to the cashier. She rung me up and I went to another store to shop. "Hey, Kathy!", someone said behind me. I turned around from the purses and saw Miya. "Oh, hey Miya", I said smiling. Then I spotted Liam behind her. "I'm here with Liam. I told him I wanted to buy him a late Christmas gift", Miya said. I smiled at that and knew that Miya understood what we said before. "Well, I got to go, but come over afterwards!", I said exiting the store. I drove home and took a nap in my room.
Harry's POV:
"Hey, is everything ready for New Years?", I asked sitting next to Niall. "Yeah. All the decorations and food is ready for tonight", the girls said smiling. I can't wait for tonight! "So, when are we going to gather in the living room?", Niall asked. "At eleven", Kathy said sipping her coffee. "Hey, can Miya come over tonight?", Liam asked shyly. "Of course!", we said happily. Liam smiled and I was happy that he was happy. "So, what's for dinner and dessert?", Niall asked getting hungry. "We're going to eat chips and salsa, pizza, and ice cream sundaes!", Christina said excitedly. "That sounds really good!", Louis said jumping up and down on the couch. We laughed and I just couldn't wait till tonight.
That night . . . . . . . .
Christina's POV:
"Okay, come downstairs!", I yelled. It was already eleven o' clock and it was time to eat. Everyone came rushing in to the kitchen and sat down on the dining table. The girls and I served pizza to everyone including Miya. We sat down to eat too and after pizza, we gave everyone their sundaes. "Yum!", Niall said with ice cream all over his face. "Niall!", Kathy said handing him a napkin. We laughed at him and carried on with our desserts. "Okay, gather by the t.v", I said sitting next to Harry. I switched to the news channel and we listened to the reporter. "Get ready!", I said putting down my chip. It was count down time! " 10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1 !!!!!!", we screamed. Everyone jumped up and started to yell like crazy! "Yay! Its January!", we screamed. 🎊 🎉 🎇 🎆 🎈 . "Okay, well Miya it's late so just stay here for the night", I said to Miya. She nodded and smiled. "Lets stay up!", Niall screamed. I guess he had a sugar rush from all that ice cream. We did stay up and talk till two in the morning. Once again, we all fell asleep on the couch.
Kathy's POV:
I woke up at nine in the morning and looked around. I was the only one awake so I decided to go to the coffee shop. I went to my room and got ready. After my fifteen minute shower, I changed in to proper clothes. I wore a white tank top covered by a really light brown cardigan, black pants, flats, and a black and white cheetah scarf. I slipped on my flower bracelet and grabbed my black purse. http://data2.whicdn.com/images/51910994/casual-outfit-ideas-11_large.jpg . I did my make up and tied my hair in to a messy bun. I tip toed downstairs and closed the door behind me. I decided to walk the two blocks to Starbucks. I opened the door and stood in line. When I got to the front of the line, I ordered a small vanilla bean and sat down at a empty table. "Kathy!", I heard someone say. I looked up and my cousin, Sarah, was standing there. "Hi. Sit, sit", I said drinking my vanilla bean. "So, what brings you here? You live in America", I said looking at Sarah eat her brownie. "Oh, I'm here to visit my friend, Lily. She's getting married", Sarah said smiling. That does make sense, Sarah is 39, and her friends are the same age. Sarah doesn't want to get married. "Oh, well if you have time, come to my house", I said getting up. I said bye to her and left.
Christina's POV:
I woke up and the only people that were awake were Perrie and Emily. When I walked to the stairs, Kathy came back. "Hey, where were you?", I asked her. "I went to the coffee shop", Kathy said walking upstairs with me. I went to my room and got ready for the day. When I came out from the shower, it was already ten thirty! I quickly changed in to white shorts and a pink tank top. I wore a black hoodie on top of it and I did my make up. I kept my hair open and went downstairs. "Hey", I said opening the refrigerator. Everyone was awake and the guys went to their rooms to get ready. Miya also went home when I was in my room. I grabbed a bottle of juice and sat on the stool behind the island counter. "So what are our plans for today?", Emily asked eating her toast. "Why don't we . . . . I got nothing", I said throwing my plastic bottle out. "Yeah, we have done everything!", Kathy said bored. "Lets go to the carnival!", Perrie said happily. "Uh, sure", I agreed. We left to go tell the rest of the guys, since we were going to leave in fifteen minutes. "Hey, guys. Wanna come to the carnival?", I asked looking at the guys. They were all in Louis's room. "Sure, we'll get ready!", they said getting up. Everyone got ready and we drove to the carnival which was ten minutes away. I can't wait to get there ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !
