2 months after..
The bell rang indicating that the writting time was now over. Everybody in the room stopped writing and the invigilator soon collected the papers. All the people in the room were happy because they just got done with their final exams.

A chirpy nandini and tanya came out of the class. "Finally exams overrr!! So happy" nandini exclaimed. Tanya weakly smiled to her. "Tanya! Kya hua? Itni sad kyu hai?" She asked holding tanya's chin making her face her.

"Ab toh post graduation bhi khatam. Jaldi main USA chali jaoongi. Tujhse, uncle aunty, aryaman bhaiya, sanju champ sabko chodke. I'll miss you yaar." She said while two drops of tears escaped her eyes. Thats when nandini realised that tanya will now go back.

She immediatly wiped her tears and hugged her. Tears even escaped her eyes as well.

"Kya yaar tanu itna senti kar diya and who said ki tu hume chod kar chali jayegi. I'll keep coming to meet you aur tu bhi toh aati rahegi naa. Toh bas chill mar. Yaa phir ek kaam karte hai tere liye koi india mein hi ladkha dhoondh lete hai. Shaadi karke na yahi par settle hoja." Nandini winked at tanya making tanya glare at her.

"Arre usse yaad aaya main abhi nhi jaoongi. Abhi toh 1 month hai na. Teri shaadi dekhkar hi jaoongi." Now it was tanya's chance to wink. Nandini lightly smacked her shoulder and they soon left for home.

"Manik tughe pick up karne nahi aa raha tha?" Tanya asked nandini as thet sat in the car.

"Nahi yaar uski aaj important meeting thi 2 baje toh ussi mein busy hai. Kal raat ko baat hui thi tab bataya tha usne." Nandini told tanya.

They reached murthy mansion and took some rest. While tanya was in the kitchen to get some snacks nandini was lying on her bed staring at the ceiling.

"Hi Manik" nandini said on the phone which started ringing.

"Hi! How was your exam?" Manik asked in an exausting tone.

"Amazing. Kya hua? U sound tired!" She asked with concern filled voice.

"Arre nothing much. I've already been to two meetings since morning aur abhi two more are pilled up for the day. Hell tired. And listen im very sorry for not picking u up today. I wanted to go out with u but yeh kaam..." manik said leaving out a heavy breath. Nandini could sense how tired he was and felt really bad for him.

"Look manik work is work you cant ignore it or run away from it. And dont be sorry. I understand why you coudnt come. Vaise iss baat se tanya bohot khush thi. Bol rhi thi ki achha hai nhi aaye kamse kam mughe ek din toh tere saath milega." Nandini said making manik chuckle.

"Hmmmmm" he said.

"Achha listen when is ur next meeting?"nandini asked on the phone.

"Ummm in another 1.5 hrs. Kyu?" Manik asked back.

"Nhi kuch nhi. Do one thing have cup of strong black coffee it will help u relax. Achha listen i'll call u later tanya aa gyi hai. And haan dont stress yourself. Bye" nandini said and hanged up without even listen to manik making him cringe in confusion.

"Bye" manik said looking at the phone and smiling.

"Maa, tanya listen i am going to manik's office. Will be back in an hour." Nandini said and hurridly.

"Arre yaar mughe laga aaj ka din toh tu mere saath spend karegi par yeh manik na. Mile ab kabhi class loongi achhe se." Tanya saud with a sad pout.
