As with all heartbreaking Holocaust stories, this one was incredibly challenging to write. I tried my best to capture the setting of Nazi-occupied Europe, the raw emotions in each of the characters, and the heart-wrenching and nail-biting situations they all went through and I hope you feel it was done successfully. This story was written in hopes of portraying a different side of the war, showing you glimpses of a Resistance against the Nazis and a reluctant girl who at first didn't want to believe the horrors occurring around her.
Without my readers, I don't think it would've have been possible to finish this novel, so thank YOU so much for all your support. Every vote and comment meant the world to me and gave me inspiration to continue with Celina's story.
I hope you shed some tears along the way, and I hope Celina's story touched you in someway. Thank you all so much for your support<3
And please never, ever forgot the Holocaust.
