I woke up the next day with a pounding headache , I look over to the other side of my bed and Scott was gone . He probably already left to go get ready for school .
I slid out of bed and shuffled to the bathroom to get ready for school , I threw on a old band shirt that belonged to my mom and a pair on dark washed jeans . I put my hair in a ponytail and grabbed my backpack and headed to school.
I pulled in my my same parking space that was close to where Scott parked her bike , I got out of my car . Something in the air just felt different , I couldn't put my finger in it . I walked in to school to see Lydia talking to two new guys , one had dark brown hair and the other hair was completely white .
"Hey Lydia " I said to her , she turned her head towards me ,
" oh hey , Emma this is Kol and Alex " Lydia said with enticement in her voice .
"Hi" I said .
" Nice to meet you " Kol said sticking his hand out . I stared at it and then looked back up at him . "Sorry about my friend she is a little bit of a germ freak " Lydia said .
"Oh sorry " Kol said shoving his hand in his jacket pocket . " well I guess see you around , Lydia " Alex said with a slight smirk .
" you were flirting with them weren't you " I said to Lydia .
"Shut up and let's got to Ap bio" she rolled her eyes and looping her arm around mine .

After to longest lecture of the year in my Ap Stats it was finally my free period , I still had the eerie feeling . I walked to my locker and shoved all my books I didn't need and put the ones I needed for my last two periods .
"Hello love " someone said , I close my locker to see Kol standing there with a smirk.
" umm hi " I said back .
" I was wondering how this all works ?"
"How what works ?"
" the free period , like what are we supposed to do ?" He asked .
"Study , talk , go sleep in the library . this is like a little break " I told him .
" oh okay . I was wondering would you like to go out sometimes ?" He asked scratching the back of his neck .
" I'm very flattered , but I have a boyfriend " I said
" oh , well he is one lucky guy " he said staring into my eyes .
"Speaking of lucky guys here is right now "I said watching Scott walk towards us .
" hey , and hi I'm Scott " Scott said to Kol
" I'm Kol , I'm new here . Which you probably can tell " he said letting out a nervous chuckle .
" yeah it's cool , umm I'm was going to head to lacrosse practice want to come and watch or do you have to study's ?"he asked me
"Nah , if I study anymore my brain is going to explode ." I said
"It was nice meeting you kol" Scott said .
"You to man , do you guys mind if I tag along ? I never heard of lacrosse " Kol said
I wanted to say no , but Scott being the nice guy he is he said yes . Which mean he probably didn't hear that this guys just asked me out all about two minutes ago .

"He is really good " Kol said , I was a little bit annoyed with Kol because he doesn't shut up . But this isn't me I use to be nice but I can't help but feel angry .
" yeah he use to suck , but something changed and he became so good that now he is the captain " I said with a smile .
" cool " he said staring at me again , I turned my head towards the field and saw a ball come flying at me but it was stopped by Kol.
"SOMEBODY ASK HIM IF HE EVEN PLAYED LACROSSE " coach yelled his famous line when he see someone do something cool.
Kol threw the ball back to the player who completely missed , " looks like you got coach to like you a little bit " I said sarcastically .
"For real ?"
" no , he just like you speed ability " I laughed .
He phone buzzed and he answered it quick .
"Okay okay , I'm coming just chill " Kol spoke into the phone .
" well I got to go , it's my brother Alex" he said
" it's okay " I said
" well see you around love " he said before walking down the bleachers .

" I don't like him " Scott said
I couldn't help but laugh at him , " someone is jealous " I said poking him in the stomach . He took off his sweaty shirt .
"Well he is flirting with and calling you love "he said .
" well you have nothing to worry about , because I have a hot sweet boyfriend " I said getting closer to him and wrapping my around his neck and pulling him into a kiss .
"This isn't a hotel room , HURRY UP AND GET THE HELL OUT "coach yelled at us and slammed his office door .
We both laughed and left after Scott put his shirt on .
We walked out of the locker room to see Lydia standing there with her blank spaced out face.
" something is wrong " she said .
