Double Side

Chapter 2

    I follow my prey so I know where they would be every second of every day, it may sound creepy to the average person but it is crucial in getting revenge. I walked to the outside of the chick’s house; she sleeps on the second floor. I know where her bed is and her vanity; basically every single inch of her house. When I got to her window I climbed up to see inside, she was asleep, perfect. I went into her room I had sunglasses that only covered my actual eyes, she started to move, but I didn’t. I just stood there looking at her; I took a purple cloth and covered her mouth. Her eyes opened with fright and she tried to scream but no one could hear her.

    “Shut up or die,” I said with a strong voice not sounding like my normal voice, “This is you first and last visit by me, you have caused others misery now you will pay.” The cloth was tied around her mouth, but I didn’t tie her hands or feet so she ran around her room trying to escape. I managed to pin her down and made her look at me, fright was in her eyes, “I will let you live, but not without a mark so others may know I have visited you.”

     I took my sword and I made a cut on her face, right across her eye. She made a small scream of pain when she did I smiled, I took my finger and took some of the blood that was on her and drew a crescent moon on her. I then tied her to her bed so her parents can find her like this, I jumped out of her room and ran to my house.

  The next day I was walking to my school when I saw the popular chick walking to school. “This is the first time I have ever seen her walk to school,” I couldn’t help but giggle a little “the visit probably changed her for good. Maybe I won’t have to visit her again after all.” I walked up to her and I put my hand on her shoulder and she jumped, “Hey it’s ok why are you so jumpy?”

 “S-she came, s-she came and h-hurt me. I-I’m s-sorry.” Her cut was still there, dry, but there. As she was walking away I noticed the marks on her ankles, they were from her own scarf that I tied her up with so there will be more than one mark of Nova.  I continued walking to school behind her, when we arrived at school everyone crowded around her and asked her the same thing I did and she gave the same reply. I went to Antonio we hugged each other he looked at me with a smile on his face, “You contacted her, I’m proud of you. Come on we’ll be late for class.”

The day wore on I over herd my old friend, Dana, was being bullied I decided to go and talk to her.

   “Hey Dana, what’s up?” She turned around surprised to see me, “Hey Scarlet, not much just this guy being rude that’s all.”

    “Who may I ask is bothering you? I could maybe get a hold of Nova.”

   I said trying not to sound suspicious I still need to work on that but what I managed to sound worked,

 “This football jock, Nick, I kind of do wish Nova could pay him a visit. But I doubt she will, I have been hoping this for a while but I never know how to get a hold of her.”

 “I know how and I can talk to her if you want but it may take a few days, she likes to learn about her prey.” She ran up to me and hugged me, “Thanks Scarlet, now I know he will never try to bother me again.” As I was walking away I smiled, “Now for a reappearance.”
