Jeff sighed as he threw down the picture of him and smile and stood from his bed, walking out of his room quietly, down the hall, down the staris and out the front door. It was 12:30am so everyone in the mansion was either out killing or asleep so he thought no one would have known he left. he walked to a secret little hideout he had in the forest, it was a small cave deep in the forest, the small entrance was hidden by trees. The inside of the cave was very big and jeff had turned it into his own little place for whenever he needed to get away or just felt like relaxing on his own. not even slender knew of the cave, the one person that knew was smile, but he was the reasin Jeff was here. You see Smile had bee sent on a mission with Grinny two months ago and they had just found a few days ago that someting had gone wrong and both smile and grinny were now missing. Jeff was obviously devistated, Smile had been his best friend since they came to the mansion and now smile was missing, Jeff felt very alone.
(Lj's POV)
i had heard Jeff's door, he was being very quite but I could still hear him walk down the hall, stairs and out the door. I silently walked out after hm, silently following him throughout the forest until I saw him disappear in between some trees, I silently followed him through the trees and suddenly found myself in a cave. I looked around in awe but soon my eyes fell on Jeff, he was curled up on a beanbag and i saw he was breathing heavily. I walked over to him and knelt beside him, gently running my hand along his back, Jeff jumped and turned around, sighing as he saw it was me and just lay back down while i continued to gently rub his back. i could feel him relax beneath me and soon heard his breathing calm and looked over to see him sound asleep, i smiled lightly and decided to just leave him on the beanbag, I should probably stay with him until he wakes up, I know he's been really sad after hearing about smile.
(Jeff's POV)
I slowly fell asleep to Lj's gental hand running along my back, I drifted off and soon found myself in the forest on a nice, warm, sunny day. I slowly sat up from the warm grass i was apparently laying in and looked around, I rarely saw the forest like this, it was.....nice. I heard a familar bark and snapped my head to the side to see smile running towards me on all fours and quickly leaped into my arms making me fall back. I smiled as he continuesly licked my face making me laugh as I tried to sit back up, i finally sat up and held him close as he calmed down and laid in my lap. I smiled and relaxed, resting on his soft fur as we enjoyed the sun but all of a sudden dark, heavy clouds engulfed the sky and everything turned dark. Smile was suddenly gone from my lap and the trees and grass around me were coated in blood, i stood and looked around in terror as an evil laugh filled the silence along with the pained cries of a dog. I screamed and screamed for smile to try and find him. I bolted upright, panting heavily as I looked around, I saw Lj's stunned face watching me.
(3rd Person POV)
Lj moved closer to Jeff and held him close as he slowly calmed in his arms, Lj asked Jeff what happened and Jeff told him all about the dream, but not without shedding a few tears. Lj held him close and rubbed his back,
"Jeff, I need to tell you something..." Jeff looked up at Lj,
"I-I love you..." Lj said blushing lightly and a small blush formed on Jeff's cheeks and Lj leaned in and gently kissed Jeff. Jeff's eyes widened but he slowly melted into the kiss, they slowly pulled away and laid down on the beanbag together, relaxing in each others arms.
