Grinny was curled up at the end of bens bed, ben groaned as he slowly woke up.
"BEN! TIME FOR TRAINING!"

Grinny stretched and got up once ben had closed the door, he sat there for a minute fully waking up and listened as he could hear all the others leave the mansion for training.
