no spoilers :)

"Welcome to the Hermes cabin, Alaska. We are the children of the messenger god of thieves, travelers and loads of other unimportant things. We are family, but you most likely will want to still watch your back." said the tall and lanky- yet still attractive- boy. His hair was a brown, chocolaty mess and he had said his name was Travis. His brother, Connor, had the same looks but was somehow far less attractive.

"Thanks, I'll keep that in mind. Now would you mind telling me where I am to sleep in this junkyard?" I replied.

"Right next to me, sweet thang!" Travis replied with a wink and a crooked smile.

"Yeah, no. That's not going to cut it for me. I'd rather sleep outside," I retorded with a crooked smile of my own.

"Well, then at least take these magical-not cursed-winged shoes as a token of my love to you?"

"You said to watch my back in this cabin, and I think I will," I said as I shoved the winged shoes back towards him.
