I sigh again, unaware that someone was behind me. I feel a hand brush away my hair as he looks into my eyes.

"Destiny?"

"Bry? What are you doing here? I thought I made it clear that we can't see each other! You have to get out before Syvilia sees you!" I exclaim at him. I can't believe he is still coming back for me even after I broke his heart.

"Well," he said, with a little blush escaping on his cheeks, "I was hoping that I would be the first to tell you happy birthday."

I suddenly remembered. It was my birthday today! I suddenly found myself washed with emotions and I started to cry like crazy.

"Thanks, Bry. I can't believe you still remembered."

"Des, I know you don't want me to give you a gift, or at least you didn't want one last year, but I want you to have this."

He handed me a small, silver box. While I opened it, he slowly pulled out a larger box. Inside my first gift was a bracelet made out of my favorite color, aquamarine.

"Its so gorgeous, Bry, but how did you ever pay for it?"

"Shhh Des, you know I have money. Know open your other gift."

Through my happy, teary eyes, I opened the big box and almost screamed in happiness. Bryson got me a laptop!

"I also got you wifi because you can't have a laptop without wifi." He smiled at me as I rushed at him like a little school girl and gave him a hug. He was defiantly the best friend ever!

"I love you," I said to him, looking into his deep blue eyes. I then looked into his mischievous smile and finished my sentence. "As a friend."
