“Wow. It’s beautiful, isn’t it?” I say as I stare up at the wonderful moonlight night sky.
“Yeah…” Asher says while gazing at me.
“You aren’t even looking.” I say while frowning.
“You’re right but I think looking at you is way better than the plain old sky.” He explains. I look in his gorgeous dark brown eyes and I could swear I got lost in its depths. He grabs my face in his hands and kisses me with such passion and love that anyone could feel the heat radiating off of us from a mile away.
It is a nice night; a light breeze blowing through the tree tops, there is also a full moon that lights up everything.
“This is great.” I sigh as I entangle my fingers in Asher’s.
“I completely agree, I wish this moment could last forever.” Asher replies.
“Me too.” I say quietly.
“Maybe it can…” he says and then he kisses me again.
*2 months later*
“Do you really think we should go to that party this weekend? Sky will be there and so will Asher… I don’t think I am ready to face them.” I say nervously to my best friend, Lyndsey Rose.
“It will be good for you. In the past eight to nine years that we’ve known each other have I ever steered you wrong, Sophia? Okay don’t answer that…” she says.
“I guess if I avoid them and try to have good time it won’t be so bad… I mean I don’t wanna keep you…” I start when Lyndsey interrupts.
“Oh, thank you! Thank you! Thank you!” She exclaims.
“Yeah, no problem…” I mutter mostly to myself, Lyndsey is too busy figuring out what to wear on Saturday to really hear me say anything.
*Saturday Night at the Party*
“Quit freaking out Soph, you look great!” Lyndsey exclaims admiringly. Sophia’s dress hangs on her hour glass shaped body in an elegant way. Her dark brown hair tumbles in ringlets around her heart shaped face; she has lip-gloss on her big, full lips. Needless to say she is beautiful and it would take an idiot not to notice her inner or outer beauty.
“Okay… I guess it’s time to go into the house now…” I say reluctantly, raising my voice slightly over the music coming from the inside of the house that is full of people.

Ten minutes into the party Lyndsey leaves me to the crowd, I finally find the couch when she pops up out of nowhere. “Hey, What’s wrong, Soph?” She asks as she takes in the look on my face. I just shake my head and go to the kitchen to find something to drink and something to snack on. On the way into the door of the kitchen I smack right into a rock hard chest with and “Umph!”
“Ow, oh I’m so sor---” I start until I look up to see the most gorgeous specimen know to woman (At least I thought he was).
“It’s okay, it was my fault anyways. My name is Emmett, what’s yours?” Emmett says in a velvety voice that made my heart melt.
“Sophia… I’m Sophia,” I say quietly.
“Well, Sophia. May I help you with anything? A drink? Food?” he replies; big sparkling deep blue eyes that just take my breath away staring down at me.
“Um, I was looking for a drink. A coke… maybe.” I say a little less shy this time.
“There are some over here in the frig, here you go.” He says as he flashes a big dazzling grin while handing me a soda.
