Chapter 7: Part 1:

(Eddie's POV)

"What do you say?" I said.

"I guess if Demi's happy then I'm happy." Dianna said.

"Well then I think your little girl needs her mommy right now." I said.

"I think you're right."she says.

(Dianna's POV)

I walk up to Demi & Claire. Claire looks at me and I smile, she smiles back. Demi hasn't noticed I'm here. I put my hand on her shoulder.

"Demi."

She sniffles and lifts her head up.

"What?"

"I'm sorry."

"For what?"

"For not thinking about your happiness. I do care about you. And I don't care who you date as long as you're happy."

"Thank you mom."

"Your welcome I just want my little girl to be happy." I give her a hug. And I go back to the couch. (End of Dianna's POV)

I start walking back over to my family. When Claire grabs my arm.

"Demi can I talk to you." Claire said.

"Sure baby."

"Um I want to actually ask your parents permission to date you."

"They're going to say yes you know that?"

"Yeah I know, it just doesn't feel right not asking them since I've known them forever."

"If it's what you want to do."

"It is."

I grab her hand and we walk over to my parents we sit down on the other couch.

"Dianna, Eddie I want your permission to date Demi. So can I date your daughter?"
