Simon and I layed side by side. Holding hands in bed. Staring at the ceiling.
"Baby I love you" he said clutching my hand tightly
I faced him and kissed him multiple times.
"I love you too baby, and I'll never leave you" I said confidently
Suddenly I just heard him sobbing and sniffing like crazy. He hugged me tight. And kissed my forehead
The room is filled with his sobs and whispers.That he loves me and can't live without me.
This reason alone gives me hope. And I would do anything for him.

Simon accompanied me to my chemo. I am full of hope. And I'm scared they say this would hurt as hell.
IVs were connected to my body. I winced by the contact. I looked at Simon and there were tears in his eyes. He mouthed " I love you " and I smiled to him
I closed my eyes and slept as the process kicked in.

I was awoken by Simon's voice comforting me.
"Baby" he whispered " Everything's gonna be fine"
I moved my hand to his hair and make him look at me.
His face is a mixture of sadness and love. And not a single pity was visible. This is what I love about him. He knows I can make it and for him I'll fight.
"Are you alright?" He said worried
"Baby I'm fine" I said and ignored the tiredness of my body
"You sleep for awhile and let's go home okay?" He said
"Okay, I love you" I answered and slept

Its been a week since I started my chemo. And I know I look healthy. But I can feel it. I'm losing. So let's just make the best of it.
I came downstairs and found Simon cooking me dinner.
I hugged him from behind and he jumped a little causing me to laugh.
"Hey baby!" I said cheerly
"Hey my love" he answered kissing me.
Simon's been the best boyfriend i ever had. I couldn't ask for more. And a thought came into my mind.
I wanna be with him all the time. With security and commitment. I know he'll never ever leave me again.
And I know someday I'm the one who's gonna abandon him. But I can't help it. I love him so much.
I hugged him and whispered
"Baby let's get married"
