"Mom, I'm home". Kim said as she entered the house. "Hey babygirl how are you and how was school." Kim's mom said. "I'm OK and school was good. Mom u have something to tell you." Kim said. "What is it?" Her mom asked. Kim began,"There is a play coming up at school and they are looking for students to participate in it we have to audition for it though because they want nothing but the best on the stage. On the big day when they will perform it at the school's theater many highly ranked universities will be there to pick out students to give scholarships." "OK sweetie are you going to participate?" Kim's mom asked. "I want to but I missed today's audition because I wasn't sure if I wanted to but thankfully there will be one tomorrow and i'm going to try." Kim said. Kim's mom face was lit up after she heard this "That's amazing Kim i hope you get through I know you love music more than anything in this world and I may not be a big fan of it but it's your dream so you can go ahead." Kim was so relieved after hearing this for she feared her mom would be against it. "Thank you so much mom, I hope I do well. Sam will be coming over today to help me practice is that OK?" "That's fine Kim you know Sam is always welcome here you know you are so lucky to have a friend like him in your life don't ever lose him Kim. I'll help to plan the wedding,that's if you want me to. It would be so cute if you two got married."
Kim's mom ranted off. "Mom he is just my best friend we won't be getting married we don't see each other like that." Kim said rolling her eyes. "You might think that now" her mom said walking away smiling. "Whatever mom." Kim said laughing.
