"Remember what it feels like. All of those times in school when you see him standing down the hall, and you cannot breathe until you're with him. Or those times in class when you - you can't stop looking at the clock because you know that he's standing right out there waiting for you. Don't you remember what that's like?"

What was Allison talking about...and why was it the first thing Lydia thought when she woke up?

Her words rang in Lydia's ears as she walked into the building.

She looked around & said to herself,
"I was sure I was supposed to meet someone.."

Malia looked over at the strawberry blonde in confusion, "You okay?"

She hesitates to respond, "Um, yeah. Just feel a little out of place..like something is missing."
Scott walks over to the pack with a smile spread across his face. Lydia tried to smile back but she just couldn't give them a genuine smile, something wasn't right. Her head fell to the ground, noticing her black boots that became a sudden interest.
"Lyds, are you feeling alright?"
Her head shot up, "yeah, I'm just sure I was supposed to meet someone at school toda- wait. What did you just call me?"
"Uh...Lyds?" He looked at the petite girl surprised as to why she was asking.

She had this feeling that someone else had called her that before...but she couldn't figure out who.
"Scott, have you ever heard anyone else call me that before?"
All he did was shake his head & chuckle.
"Not that I know of, I think I'm the only one."
She grabbed onto Scott's arm, pulling him away from the pack.
"I need to tell you something. Don't think I'm going crazy..." she paused for a moment. "I woke up this morning, I remembered this one time when Allison was driving me home. She was talking about you. She asked me if I remember seeing a guy down the hall and not being able to breathe until I was with him or if I remember someone standing outside my classroom door waiting for me to get out and be with them. Scott...i remember having that feeling and having that with someone, but I can't remember who. Something is missing. Someone is missing."
She felt ridiculous even saying this to someone.
Lydia looked up at Scott who looked bewildered.
"Never mind...forget it..I know it's insane. I just have this feeling. Probably just some weird banshee thing."

She began to walk away towards her next class, but he grabbed her hand and pulled her back.
"I thought I was the only one"
"You feel it too?" There was slight excitement in her tone as he nodded.
"I don't know what it is but it's like a part of me is missing."
Lydia agreed but almost felt sad not knowing who or what was gone. Who...she was certain it was a who, a person, someone she had known. Someone she had loved. They exchanged a look of knowing.
