Chapter 14 - Grand Canyons

As I promised, at last an update, hopefully longer then the others, not spellchecked cause I wanted you to see it as soon as possibe. And If you just skiped the A/N then bad you, but I dont blame you I would, but please go back and read it.

Chapter 14 -  Grand Canyons

Xaviers POV.

I couldn't read his mind, that helmet was still blocking my power. But I could still read Alishas mind, she was being tourtured and her power taken. I couldnt see where she was but I know the where abouts of it, kind of.

As I wheeled myself out of the golf ball like room, I found Logan waiting egerly outside.

"Whats the news?" He shot up and walked towards me, worry all over his face.

"There is only bad news." I said solumly. Logan knoded, still wanting to know. "I have seen what they are doing to her, and worse, I don't know where they are." I said sadly. Logan knoded aceptedly.

"Then we are just going to have to surch every where." He said sadly, I felt sorry for him, he really had taken a strong liking to Alisha.

"We will do the best we can." I said, Logan seemed to perk up a bit.

"Fine, is there anything I can do to help?" He asked, hmm what could he do?

"Ill let you know, when I know." I said before going of to my office, Logan looked angry and I could feel how angry he was.

"You can make sure Leo is ok, he may have some vital information." I said, Logan rushed off to the AR room.

"I don't know, I just cant think." Said Jean as she tryed to think of where Magneto's hidout was on a map that we had spread across the table.

"Calm, calm your mind." I said, she was so worried she couldn't think straght.

"He could be some where in the grand canyon" Jean said sighing, "It would be ideal, I just don't know."

"Well thats the first place that you have considered, lets go and see." Scott sugested.

"Ok then, Jean can you start up the jet, Storm please stay here and watch over Leo, Scott go get Logan." I said wheeling to the end of the room.

"Yes proffesser." They all said simaltainiously.

We all left the room at the same time.

Logans POV.

I walked down to the AR room, as I walked in, Jean walked out.

"Im going to keep an eye on Leo." I said sadly, Jean smiled and held the door for me before walking off down the hall.

Leo was lying on a white bed sleeping, I grabed a mettle chair and sat down next to him in it.

Five minutes went by and eventually he started to stir,

"Leo?" I asked as his eyes begun to open. As soon as he realised where he was he sprung up from the bed and started yelling for Alisha, he ran for the door. I sprung up and grabed his arm.

"Calm down!" I yelled over his screaming, which he totally ignored.

He started attacking me and calling out for Alisha again and again, I picked him up and slamed him down on the bed.

"Shes gone!" I yelled over his screaming again, he quieted down as If I had just told him he had 3 weeks to live, his face was taken over with pure shock and terror.

"Shes gone." I said more quietly, he shock with terror and his eyes became watery.

"S-she cant of." He pried.

"Magneto took her, but we will find her." I said still pining him to the bed, suddenly he started to struggle again.

"Calm down!" I yelled.

After a couple of moments he had stoped struggleing and was sitting in a black metal chair opposite me.

"Why arn't we looking for her?" He asked rubbing his tear stained eyes.

"... Just let the proffeser try and do what he does first." I exclaimed.

He sighed and ran his hands through his hair and groaned in fustration.

Just then Scott burst through the door panting slightly.

"Logan come on, Jean thinks she's found her." He said slightly rushed. I burst up from my chair and so did Leo.

"Um Leo... Your not going." Scott said patting him on the shoulder.

"What, I have to, thats not fair!" Leo half shouted looking as fustrated as hell.

"No, proffeser said you can't so your going to have to sit this one out." Scott said before yanking me out the door.

We ran down the polished corridor, suddenly we heard a fustrated scream coming from the room which we had just exited. Im guessing was Leo.

As soon as we got to the engin room I was jumping into my suit as well as the others and soon enough we where of to the grand canyons.

I felt sorry about leaving Leo behind, he deserves to do this but he is just not stable yet, also his anger might cause him to do something that he later regrets. I have to admitt that Jean thinking of the Grand Canyons was a good idea, there big, empty and no one would think to look there... Oh wait we did.

The only let down is that Storm is not here, she would have been very helpfull but that was Prof's orders, anyway back to thing positive, think positive Logan we will find her.The proffeser sent that message to my head. I sent him a glare from across the Aircraft at least thats what I think I should call it. God I hate flying.

We landed in a secluded part of the grand canyon and soon came up with a plan. Proffeser and scott went on a look out one way leaving me and Jean to go the other. Not the best plan but hey, Scott's mind isn't that great.

Me and Jean went left of the ship, circeling the edge while the proffeser and Scott did something else that I wasn't told about...  As we near a part of the Canyon we see that it is filled with shrubery and trees, making it the perfect hidout.

I signal to jean to stay low, she puts her index fingers on her temples of her head and closes her eyes.

"3 guards, 1 female 2 male." She whispered while pointing out where the guards stood.

"Ok lets go." I said, we burst out from behind a bush which we where crouching behind.
