07| I am Babys new findings.

Fury briefed me on everything Tesseract related.

The Tesseract was a blue cube which was an element not known to man, it was it's own energy source which meant it was advance and somewhat it's own....environment. It held knowledge according to what one may seek.

Loki seeked revenge and dictatorship over Earth. Fury had possession of the Tesseract a few weeks ago before Loki and a former SHIELD agent Clint ( who was under mind control) shot at Fury and stole the Tesseract killing over eighty agents in the process.

Our job was to get the Tesseract back. Steve and I were sitting in his room and were just reading.

The past two weeks on the helicarrier had been informational and educational. I made friends and I never thought I could. Banner was such a great guy and if I didn't have this crush on Steve no doubt I would have romantic feelings for Doc. Who wouldn't ?

But Steve, I would never admit it aloud but he was so so gentle, he was always willing to learn and grow. He even read the whole Harry Potter series so we could talk about it.

He just ugh! I never got flustered before but he made feel so...happy. Sometimes that scared me, I spent two years building my wall, my 'don't fuck with me or I'll cut you' image but here I am two weeks later feeling like I swoon over him like a school girl. I feel like I'm seventeen again.

Although, I haven't forgot why I am here, I'm here to kill Loki and to fight bullies.

Surprisingly I even made friends with Natasha Romanoff who apparently goes by Black Widow, my mind immediately went to the actual spider and they all laughed at my literalness.

She was broken I could tell. But when she wanted to be she was a great companion to relate to and was a great technique combat teacher. She never went easy in me and even though my strength was impeccable she was a good sparing partner. I couldn't fight Steve since he never wants to actually hurt me. He's such a softy. And obviously I couldn't spare with Banner.

So her and I spent alot of time getting to know eachother. At first I thought I wouldn't like her but like a rash he grew on me.

"Baby, Steve, Fury is calling us." Natasha said from outside the door.

Steve sighed. "I hate Snape." And I smiled at him before we walked out the door.

"What's wrong Nat?"

"It's Loki, he's attacking a Element's Display museum in New York."

I stopped and said "Element museum...wait this isn't a coincidence-"

"We know, Banner already came to that conclusion, they're waiting on the jet."

I ran after her and I looked back to see Steve standing awkwardly.

"Rogers, what's wrong?"

"I gotta do something, I'll be on a separate jet, go on."

Nat and I looked at eachother before she shrugged and I ran back to Steve and kissed his cheek. "Be safe." before I could embarrass myself and look for his reaction I was go on and the jet with Banner, Fury and some guy I'd never seen before wearing...a tin can.
