How we ended up

Flashback

"Mom, where's Taylor? I'm really bored now" I whined while kicking my foot towards the table just to make an annnoying sound considering that I was too impatient already

"He'll be here in a second sweet heart, be patient."

I squealed loud and now banging the table "Natasha, will you be patient it's very irritating" she rinsed her hands after washing the dishes

"Natasha. ne-ne- ne- ne" I mimiced her pissing her off. She tuned around to face me with an angry face. I stood up ready to run "Natasha!" she said in a threatening tone

Ding-dong. Woops saved by the bell! "Tasha? Tasha?are you there?" I heard james voice and hurried to the door knob. Tay was holding a lollipop "Tasha. I'm sorry I was late, I helped my dad fix my surprise for you. Come I'll show you" he handed me the lollipop

"Be home early cupcakes" mom kissed the both of us and we entwined our fingers with Taylor running off

I thought we were going to the playground today but I noticed we were going in another direction "Tay the playgrounds this way" I said pointing to a path leading to the playground

"Who said we're going to the playgorund?" he said chuckling "then where are we going?" I asked curiously

"Secret" he placed his hands over my eyes covering it "Don't open your eyes till I say so" we were walking some ligneous path and I knew it was the woods "Tay you know how I'm scared of the woods there maybe wolves or lions that can eat us" I held Taylors arms tightly

"No one can hurt you Natasha, I'm here with you. They're scared of me right?" He patted me on the head and I nodded. I knew Tay was tough and brave.

"are we there yet?"

"Not yet. Be patient"

after a few seconds we were still walking "are we there yet?" i asked whining already "you can open your eyes now Natasha" he released his hands unwrapping my eyes. I stood there and saw a large tree house full of lanterns

I went inside in such excitement. I saw pillows and blankets on the floor with lego's displayed on the side, a bird cage and coloring books. I also saw pictures of us hanging on the wall with Christmas lights surrounding it

A picture where there is me and him with our full family clapping on the side while we blew our candle. Another photo where we kissed, Our first sleep over, where we ate pizza while watching Tom and Jerry and the photos we had playing on the playground with big smiles on our face.

But there was a big space beside our pictures "Tay? why is there a big space over here? don't we have enough pictures?"

"I told dad to leave a big space" he said proudly

"why?" I don't really get the reason why

"Because we need space for more memories when we're older Natasha" he said pulling me down to the cozy pillows as we laid looking up at the stars

"Taylor?" I said quietly sitting down to face him, he did the same. "Tay promise me you'll never leave me okay?"

"Never."

"Pinky swear?" I placed out my hand putting my pinky up and he twisted his pinky on mine "Promise."

"Besides Natasha, If I'll leave you. Who'll get rid of the bullies bullying you? I'll always protect you Natahsa we're like the banana's in pajamas right?" then gave me a big hug "and Natasha you see those stars up? just imagine that that's me. So where ever I'll go, I'll always be there watching you"

I woke up in my bed and not in the tree house anymore.. I was used to this kind of set-up when we were sleeping on the couch with Tayloy we always end up in my bedroom hugging eachother. But somethings missing right now. When I woke up this morning Taylor wasn't beside me anymore

I stood up and hurried down "Mom! mom! mom!" I shouted early in the morning "Sweetie, I'm over here" she shouted from the kitchen. I entered and the smell of cupcakes welcomed me

"can I have one of those mommy? pleaaaase" I went to pull her t-shirt begging for the yummy cupcake "you'll have one later, but for now we have to give this to the coopers sweetie"

"Why mom is it the Birthday of Tay's dad?.. Oh and mom speaking of Taylor where is he? Oh no.. wait maybe Tay's is buying some candies for his daddy's birthday. I'll check the store" I was about to rush but mom stopped me

she kneeled down and touched my cheeks then she gave out a deep sigh "Honey.. Taylor is packing his bags.. and they're getting ready"

"getting ready for what mommy?"

"getting ready fo--"

i cut her off "Oh wait yah he's packing cause we'll live in the tree house, I got to pack too mom" I was about to leave but she grabbed me "Wait Tasha, you see.. Taylor mom found a work in New york.. and Tasha you understand.. you know.. family.. they can't leave eachother" she said in a nervous tone

"What? mom I can't understand. Family, new york, Taylor can you say it correctly" I teased my mom "Natasha.. They're leaving" my happy smile turned into a deep frown and tears start coming out of my eyes.

"No we promised mom" I said crying loudly, Mom was patting my back and hugging me tightly. I heard dad walking down the stairs and I runned to him "Dad please tell mom that they're not leaving" Dad carried me hugging me tightly and he kissed my forehead

"Natasha..they'll be back.. I promise.." that mended me alittle bit "really? they'll be back early dad?"

"I don't know patty, but it's okay right? I mean you'll still see eachother right baby?"

"Yes, you're right dad.. he's always up there. He's my star dad" I felt mom and dad hugging me tight

Tay's parents, Rachel and David gave me a kiss and hug they were like my second parents already.. "Monica darling, we promise to see you every vacation alright?" I nodded because I trust them.

Taylor and me stood infront of eachother. Taylor was holding a lollipop again

"Natasha,i'm sorry" he handed me the lollipop "what about our tree house?" i said quietly

"You should not let anyone in there, except us. Don't remove our photos or destroy anything and don't color everything in the coloring book. Leave some for me okay?" I nodded and was still upset that my best friend was leaving me already. We hugged eachother very tight and I heard him crying

"Why are you crying?"

"I'll miss you so much" he hugged me again, we were not letting go of eachother.. Our parents were already parting us from each other but we struggled hard not to let go until our hands were holding onto eachother "Don't forget me Taylor, okay??" I said while tears were dropping until our feets were lifting up on the ground still not letting go. "I'm your star okay Natasha?" then our hands broke apart. David setting him down at the car while Taylor looked out the window while mom was hugging me

Rachel went to me kneeling down, I saw tears from her eyes "Tasha, I'm really sorry. But you understand right?" I nodded and hugged her tight "you'll see him again. I promise"
