Chapter Two:Winter, The Stoner.

~~~~~
"I'm not good for you."
I sighed and slipped into my glass slippers. I looked in the huge wall mirrors that hung in my walk in closet.
"What does that even mean?" I asked myself and adjusted my white pearly corset.The white silk fell to my heels, which were made of the finest, strongest glass. My hair was in bouncy elegant curls, and my makeup made me look like a glowing angel. I put on my diamond earrings and necklace and white fine silk gloves. I frowned and topped it off with a silver crown.
"You look just like a princess, baby." My mother, dressed like a queen, came over and hugged me. I smiled as we left my room and went down to greet everyone. Warm smiles showed when I walked down, elegantly, as my heels made tiny clicks. I met up with Amber, Angelina, and Ashly, the three sisters that I call, triple As.
"You look so darling!" Amber squealed. They were also models for my mom.Tonight was the Ball Theme. Everyone was dressed as a prince or princess or royals.
"You guys do too!" I smiled brightly. A boy tapped me on the shoulder and I twirled around. The boy was still young but you could tell he was a lady killer. He had a boyish face with an angled jaw, a almond skin color, and jet black hair that was jelled back. His eyes were hazel, and he had a chin dimple.
I've seen a lot of handsome boys but no one topped the gothic guy from earlier.
"I'm James, your partner for tonights show." He said in a chirpy british accent.
"You always get the cute one." Angelina fluffed her blonde hair and grinned.
"Of course. My mom makes the clothes and put on a show. As her daughter, I get the cutest boy and dress."
"True."
"And hi, James. I'm Bridget, Loreal's daughter. Make me look good out there."
"Will do, princess." He kissed my left hand, softly and walked over to his friends.
"He's a keeper. Tell your mom he's the one." Amber poked me. I shook my head.
"I'll know when the one comes. The one who make my heart stop and makes me tingle. The one I can connect with and the one that'll wait and be there for me. When he came over, nothing clicked." I said honestly.
"Who cares? Their rich and can buy you shoes and diamonds." Ashly, the snobby raven haired girl cackled like a witch and snorted.
"So not lady like." I teased.
Whores.
I hate them. I never had a true friend or boyfriend. They were always after my fame or picked out by my mom.
After mingling, we gathered into the large dining room as the butlers brought in food and everyone sat by their name cards. I was next to James, the triple As, and my Mother and Father, king and queen. As everyone settled and washed their hands in their silver bowls, James got a little touchy and laid a hand on my thigh. I blushed and felt sick.
No man will ever touch me like that.
I slapped his hand hard and he yelped, causing all eyes to look at us.
"He bit his tongue. Please excuse him." They nodded and I smiled. The first round of food was salad. As everyone ate, and had conversations, my mom tapped a fork against her glass and stood up, grabbing everyones attention.
"Hello everyone. Thanks for coming here today. I've just wanted to say, my baby girl will be taking my company soon and she's always made me so proud."
I smiled.
"And she will be getting a husband chosen tommorow."
What?! My eyes widened. That's so unfair!
She sighed and smiled. "That's all."
I tossed and turned. I couldn't sleep although I did my usual routine. Read a chapter of a book, have three cups of cocoa, and put on my eye mask. I lifted it up and turned on my lamp. I looked at the clock and it was Ten o'clock. I got out of bed and slipped into some clothes. I slid on some skinny jeans, a tank top, and my black leather jacket. I put on my black converse I hid from my mom and let my wavy hair down. I put on my black glasses and left on a walk, downtown. It was dangerous, but I couldn't sleep and I hated that house. Gangs were outside, making out with girls and smoking, in this one alley. As soon as I tried to pass it, guys called out to me.
"Hey baby, wanna party?"
"No thanks."
He came closer, hooded in black but I could tell he had blonde hair and a deep smooth voice.
"We'll have so much fun."
I felt arms grabbed my waist from behind tightly. I could smell Axe and mint and cigarettes come off of him. For some reason, I felt safe in his arms. I blushed as I looked down to see combat boots.
Is it him?
"You talking to my girl, joey?"
"Oh...Sorry Winter, I didn't know-"
"Fuck off."
Joey went speeding off back to his friends in the alley. Winter pushed me and folded his arms.
"What are you doing here?"
"You know.. taking a walk."
"Oh yeah, well you better spin all the way back home, little ballerina. This ain't the time to be walking." He said, playing with a pocket knife.
"Oh. I guess this is the time when you call all demon spirits to grant you power."
"I usually don't hit girls, but for you,baby, I'll make an acception."
"What are you doing out here?" I asked, getting a little chilly. He showed me a bag with marijuana in it.
"Getting what the doctor ordered."
"Ew, you're a stoner?!"
"Yes, princess. Everyone out here is a stoner. Surprise!" He said sarcastically.
"I don't like you." I growled.
"I don't like you, although, a flexible girl in bed would be pretty nice." He smirked and it made my heart skip. "Come on ballerina, show me what you can do." I smiled, mischeviously.
"We learned something like this. Its called a Fuck-You." I flipped him my middle finger.
"Entertaining."
"Psh, I'm not here to entertain you."
"Then why are you still here, talking to me with your cleavage popping out, begging me to motor boat your breasts?" I blushed and pulled up my tanktop as he studied me.
"You're a perky C cup, aren't you?"
"You're a dirty gothic bastard!"
"It's one of my good qualities that gets me laid. Baby, I'd love to chat all night and maybe even go for a walk on the beach but I need my fix." Winter said, fixing his leather jacket and black collar that actually had a name tag that said Winter.
What is he a dog?
As he put on his black shiny motor cycle helmet and sat on his motorcycle, a black shiny Harley Davidson Rocker, I chuckled at him.
"See you later, Golden Retriever." Ha! Good one! I high fived myself mentally. His eyes ranked over my body slowly as he ran a tongue over his top lip and said in a whisper,
"Ruff ruff."
I just exploded. As my cheeks reddened, he drove away.
Oh lordy....
