The car was full of an awkward atmosphere. "Yea just turn up here. This is my street."

"No way! This is my street too!"

"No one cares" Josh's face fell immediately.

"Wow Tyler. No wonder you have no friends. Look at his poor face how could you be so mean." Blurryface taunted from the back seat.

"Just shut up. I don't even know you." Tyler snapped.

"I didn't say anything-" Josh questioned.

"Not you, my god damn imaginary friend"

"Okay-are you sure you don't want to go to the hospital."

"I'm not crazy."

"I never said you were." Tyler was wrong the atmosphere wasn't awkward before, now it was the dictionary definition of awkward.

"Slow down there bud, you might just replace as your best friend." Blurryface said sarcastically.

"Your not my best friend, I don't even know you." Josh didn't say anything this time, just looked at him out of the corner of his eye.

"Yea you do. I'm Josh, just with a different name and body. I still remember all our times together. Like your first kiss with that little girl, Jenna. That was the first time you realized you were gay. You came running home to me, telling me all about it. Or when you came out to your mom and she slapped-"

"Ok I believe you, just stop talking till i'm alone. Oh, Josh that's my house."

"Ok just call me if you, like, can't walk to school or something tomorrow, I'll pick you up." Josh said, hesitance in his tone.

"I don't have your number", Josh grabbed a marker and wrote down his number onto Tyler's arm.

"I'll see ya tomorrow, ty" Tyler's heart skipped a beat at the nick name.

"Uh, yea I'll see you tomorrow" Tyler muttered with a blush on his cheeks.

Meanwhile, Blurryface steadily grew angrier at the boys growing crush. "Come on Tyler lets go inside."

Tyler got out o Josh's car and walked up the stairs to his front porch. When he opened the door a strong smell of beer and puke filled his nose.

"Tyler, why are you home so fucking early" his mom shouted from the living room. Tyler felt his blood run cold.

"I fell down and hit my head so the nurse sent me home" Tyler replied, trying not to stutter.

"You didn't let here see the bruises did you."

"No, ma'am."

"Good. Now go make dinner before Zach gets home." Tyler scurried into the kitchen to make dinner, but before he started he got out his phone to put in josh's number.

"Tyler! Get me a beer." Startled tyler exited out of the kitchen before he could finish putting in Josh's number.

He quickly grabbed a beer from the fridge and handed it to her. Before he could retract his arm, his mother grabbed it. He looked at his arm with josh's number on it and he paled.

"Is this a boys number?"

"Yes ma'am."

"Didn't I tell you that being gay is a sin."

"Yes ma'am"

"Go wash it off and I'll deal with you when you come back." Tyler ran to the bathroom and scrubbed his arm till it was bright red and there was no sign of there ever being marker on it.

"Tyler, you don't have to go back out there" Blurryface cooed quietly to him "You know she's only gonna hurt you."

"No, it will be worse if i don't go out there"

"Tyler..." blurryface looked at the young boy, with sadness on his face.
