Mira POV

I smiled as I saw Laxus and Rowan staring at each other.
"If only they knew.." I whispered wistfully.

Bella had run off to bug Rowan, luckily for me.
Kaylee came in, Alayna in tow.

"Cana and Bacchus both drink, I wonder how long it will be until Kaylee does too," I continued to talk to myself, disappearing back into the kitchen to get some iron and sliced kiwis for Gajeel and Lily.

"Mira, tell me why more than half those brats have our unique dragon slayer magic?" Gajeel asked, right when I turned away.

I froze and looked at him. "Um.." I quickly looked around, seeing all the dragon slayers were staring at me.

I made sure to jumble my thoughts up because of Cobra, but that is getting harder.

I wish I could tell them they are theirs.
How long are we going to keep this from them?
It isn't fair to the kids, or their unknowing fathers...

I shook my head and glared at Cobra, before turning to Gajeel.
"It isn't any of you business," I snapped, exiting from behind the bar.

Gajeel looked taken aback, then smirked.
"So, you don't want to tell us?"

I looked at him weirdly.
"Duh," I answered, rolling my eyes.

//muffled laughter

He grunted and turned to Lily.
"I think they are hiding something, those kids smell partially like us and they have our magic, this isn't right," I heard him tell Lily before he stood up and left.

"If I can't get it out of you, I'll try it on Shrimp!" He said confidently, starting to go over to Levy, who was sitting at a table reading by now.

I rolled my eyes before muttering my answer under my breath.
"She'll tell you when she wants you to know!"

Kinana POV

I looked around and saw Gajeel talking to Mira about the kids.
I glanced at Eric then called Callie over.

"Come on, we need to do something," I said.
"Can Cobra come?" she asked.

I though about it.
I was taking her to get her shots, but she isn't exactly the easiest person to hold down for that.

//Same, Callie, same

"If he wants to," I answered finally.
She cheered and ran over to Cobra, who then brought her back moments later.

"C'mon now," I said, walking down the sidewalk until we made it.

"Not shots!" Callie screeched, tears already in her eyes.
"I am sorry, but Cobra will protect you!" I said, dragging the unsuspecting male into this.

"Will you Cobra?" Callie asked, tears cascading down her face.
Cobra look at her skeptically for a moment before nodding.
"Sure, why not?"

I watched them do I-spy for about twenty minutes until we were called in.
Callie looked like she was about to make a run for it, so I jabbed Cobra in the stomach and he grabbed Callie's arm.

"Come on, I said I would protect you," he reassured, squeezing her arm slightly.
Callie squirmed as the needle got closer to her skin, and she closed her eyes very tight when the medicine was ejected.

As soon as she could, she jumped onto Cobra and cried.

"Nice family you have, so close to each other!" she exclaimed."
Cobra didn't answer, and I was to embarrassed to.

Callie nodded, suddenly not crying.
"Yeah, I think so too!"

Sorry it is short, doesn't make much sense, and seems rushed. I am tired right now.
