Eight

Kinanna POV

It was just a staring contest.
Between me and Eric.

We have lasted forever, waiting for the other one to break.
Eric suddenly smirked and I jerked back confused, before squeaking and running from the guild hall.

"Damn it, get back here!" He yelled after me.
"In your dreams!" I yelled back.

I no longer heard running, so I turned around.
And he was right there.

"What in-" I started, but he tackled me and dragged me to an alley.
I was considering calling out rape when Eric started talking.

"Kinanna, I need to know," he started firmly.
I gulped and nodded when he pinned me to the dirty, brick wall.

"Tell me who Callie's father is. And don't expect me to believe he died or whatever other crap you guys thought up to throw me off," he demanded, leaning closer.
I was silent for a moment before I bit my lip.

"Well, her father is really you..." I practically whispered, closing my eyes and waiting for his rejection.

Lucy POV

I frowned and scanned the guildgall once more.
"Mira, where did Kinanna go?" I whined.

"Home, probably," she answered nonchalantly.
"What about Callie?"
"Well uh, maybe she thought one of us would bring her home? Which we would," she said.

I shook my head.
"No she is too overprotective, especially around," I started, but ended up getting super soft at the end when I added, "Cobra."

Mira sighed and rubbed her temples.
"I truely don't know, but now that you mention it, Cobra isn't here either..." Mira trailed off as Laxus grabbed her from behind.

"We can't have you two going after them, now, can we?" He asked, just as I felt arms wrap around me.
"Yeah, can't have that Luce," Natsu said, dragging me away.

"H-hey! S-she won't break!" I protested, but I already knew she would break.
The poor shy girl was so submissive.

After letting out several frustrated sighs, Natsu along with Laxus made us stay in a corner for the rest of the day.
The. Whole. Damn. Day.

Yukino POV

I started humming as I headed home with Alayna.
We went across a river then came across a park.

"Oh, hello Sting! What are you doing here?" I asked, going up to the blonde man sitting under a sakura tree.

"Eh? Just thinking. What are you doing Yukino, Alayna?" He asked back, opening his eyes and standing.

"Heading home to eat-" I was cut off by Sting's stomach growling and burst out laughing.
"Ha- Y-you can come over and- ha- eat- ha ha- at my h-house!" I managed to get a full sentence out.

Sting fell to his knees and started worshipping me.
"O' wonderful goddess Yukino thank you for your food!" He said, hugging my feet.

"Sting? C'mon, you are freaking Alayna out and I need to make dinner so she can
go to bed," I said, grabbing Sting and pulling him up by his back shirt collar.
"Oh, okay! Let's go now!"
