Summary:
The Earth is under attack, Rose knows that much. She doesn't know what these creatures are - but they're coming, and they're not holding back. After her boyfriend is killed, she is forced into hiding with the rest of the civilians of New York City. Countries are forced to work together to stop the enemy, all under the command of one; Captain Horan. Rose knew she shouldn't have fallen in love with the commander - she shouldn't have fallen in love with anyone, during this time. And she most certainly shouldn't have befriended one of these creatures, which she named Harry. Every man or woman capable of holding a gun is sent to war. Sergeant Payne, Officer Malik, and even Rose's fellow co-worker, Louis Tomlinsons, are all up for the job. Just how far will they go to save the Earth? And when does it stop being for civilization, and start being just for themselves?
