While I read The Sinister Fate of Joseph Redding, I always pictured Nina as a noble lady. Very beautiful and a perfect lady. Yet, here, Vivien Leigh, who shall play Nina, seems to have something in her eyes; suspicion and confusion I believe. What young woman won't be curious when her husband disappears every so often?
So to fit the plot I thought Nina should not only be pretty and forgiving, she must be suspicious too. And yes, my friends, these suspicions of her bring her news along with a lot of terror...
