They serve us brunch on the plane. The plate that has been set in front of me has steak, eggs, toast, fruit and cranberry juice. I look around and everyone has something different on their plates.

I lean into Cameron, "How do we all have something different on our plates?"

He finishes chewing his food, "We ordered while you were sleep. I ordered the steak and eggs for you. I thought you would like to try something different."

I nod and take a bite. After I chew and swallow, I tell him, "This is really good. Thanks."

We eat the rest of our food in silence. When we are done, the steward comes by and pick up our plates. He asks us if we would like anything else and I refuse. Cameron orders me a chocolate donut. When the steward walks away, Cameron tells me, "It'll be another five hours and a plane change before we eat again. You can just hold onto this just in case we don't have enough time to grab something."

I nod, "When do we change planes?"

"In another two hours."

"Okay." The steward brings a donut on a plate and sets it down in front of me. Cameron pulls out a Ziploc bag and puts the donut inside for me.

I grin, "Just like a Boy Scout. Always prepared."

He laughs and hands me the donut inside of the baggie to put in my bag. I try to find a spot in my bag that has enough space to not smash it. I put the donut inside and zip my bag shut. I know that when I pull it out next, it'll be smashed, but it will still taste good.

We spend the rest of the plane ride talking about where we are landing and Cameron and Rand switch seats so Rand can sit by me for a while.

He leans over and kisses me, "I love you." He whispers.

I smile, "I love you too."

He pulls out a deck of cards, "Let's play blackjack."

"I've never played before. How do you play?"

He spends the rest of the time until we have to get buckled up for the plane to land showing me how to play. I win a few hands and he wins a few. I look over at Dylan and Cameron. Dylan is reading one of the romances that I just finished and Cameron is writing in a notebook. Ronnie looks like she's finishing up her homework and Amy is sleep. The nanny is sitting behind all of us reading a book.

When we get off of the plane, we find that we have thirty minutes to get to our connecting flight. Cameron grabs my bags and Dylan picks up Amy and we all run to our connecting gate. We make it with five minutes to spare and out of breath. We sit down in our seats, buckling ourselves in with relief.

Dylan is sitting by me this time, "Are you going to fall asleep at take-off again?"

"I don't know. It was weird. The sound of the engines relaxed me and the force, pushing back in my seat, put me to sleep. We'll see what happens."

"Peach, I spent my whole time with you watching you sleep. I really want you to be awake for some of the time that I'm sitting by you."

"I'm sorry, I'll try to stay awake. If I don't, how about you sleep with me first this week?" I try to compromise.

"Okay," he nods, "I know I'm whining, and I'm happy to be with you period, but I need a little more quality time with you. I know that you make sure that we have lunch, just the two of us once a week, but it's not the same."
