It was a warm summer's day. And Bunny wasn't having any of it. "Why are we up here at the Pole freezing our butts off when it's nice and sunny somewhere else!" the rest of the Guardians looked between each other and just kinda shrugged.

"I'm fine going somewhere else if everyone else is." Tooth suggested.

North nodded "It would bring nice change." Sandy jumped up in excitement.

Jack raised his hand "Um where exactly would we be going?"

Bunny smirked "Let's go somewhere nice and warm... like a beach!"

Jack's eyes widened "Wait I don't think..." but before he could say anything North threw a snow globe and they were all sucked into a portal.

As soon as they landed Jack felt his skin burning. Jack jumped up so that he was hovering an inch above the hot sand. "Do we really have to be here?" he asked pulling up his hood to keep his pale neck from getting sunburned.

Bunny smirked at him "What's wrong Frosty? Can't take the heat?"

Jack growled at him but none the less sat down in a nice shady spot while the rest of the Guardians enjoyed the fun in the sun.

To Jack it felt like it had been hours sense they came to that horrible beach. Jack didn't see why he even had to come it's not like he was going to swim or anything. (He would never let the Guardians know but he was terrified of water) He would go help Sandy make a sand castle but he wouldn't be able to move out of the shade for long before he threw up. He could already feel himself starting to come down with a fever and for the Spirit of Winter that wasn't a good thing.

"Jack why don't you come swimming with us?" Tooth called from the water.

Jack just shook his head "I'm fine over here thanks."

Bunny snickered "How much you wanna bet the little snow flake can't even swim?!"

"I can swim!" Jack huffed "I just don't want to..." he muttered.

A few more minutes went by and Bunny looked back over at Jack to see... "Oh this'll be good..." Jack had fallen asleep while trying to keep himself cool and Bunny saw the perfect opportunity. While the other three Guardians weren't looking Bunny sneaked out of the water and went over to Jack.

Bunny carefully picked him so that he wouldn't wake up. He then started walking back towards the water. At this point Tooth finally looked over and saw him "Bunny what are you doin?!"

Bunny just smirked and kept walking closer to the water. "Don't worry Tooth a little water won't hurt him it'll be hilarious!"

"Bunny I don't think you should..." North started but it was already too late in that instant Bunny threw Jack into the water.

Suddenly Jack was awoken from his dream to find he was surrounded by... water? Was he still dreaming? He had to be! He kept sinking down deeper and deeper as he was filled with more fear. He must have been reliving the night at the pond the night he... "Jack!" he heard a voice call out to him. Was that his sister? Fear started to overtake him a frost started spreading from his body and freezing the water.

Tooth had finally had enough it had been two minutes and Jack had yet to resurface. "North help me pull him out!"

When her and North swam down to get Jack they could barely touch him he was so cold. His eyes were closed but he looked like he was in pain. they quickly pulled him out of the water and placed him on the beach. "Jack can you hear me?" Tooth asked worriedly. She put a hand on Jack's head and felt that he had a fever. They'd have to do something about that later...
