an //guys I really recommend the Peaceful Piano playlist on Spotify, while reading this book and just in general, it's so nice ahh and there's this song called "remove the complexities", it's so lovely it makes me want to shoot myself in the face//

i just received a text from an unknown number, who I'm assuming is the boy.. who else would bother to contact me..

"u up for coffee?"

is that literally how people text? too lethargic to spell a simple word out? how absurd..

our conversation proceeded as this:

"you up for the little effort of spelling things out?"

"haha sorry, i meant would you like to get some coffee :)"

"why would you care if i wanted coffee?"

"well i wanted you to go with me to get it? only if you'd like"

"i don't even know your name"

"I'm Phil :)"

"I'm Dan.. why do you want me to go anyways?"

"Why are you so stubborn? I'll pay"

So yes, I am only going for the free coffee, and yes i will most likely be blocking Phil, because I don't think i have the energy to text like this often.. i would rather be playing my piano

an// okay so I'm writing this as if it was some type of journal so some of the chapters are going to be in past tense but they'll still be in chronological order, ya know? like the next chapter will be Dan explaining what happens when they get coffee which happened after this chapter.. I'm not very good at explaining things so i hope yall understand :)//
