A/N Okay I know it's been a really really long time but I honestly forgot about this story. I thought I'd never update it again but here I am, updating! I'm redoing this story a lot, the story  line is gonna stay the same but it's no longer going to be in anyone's P.O.V, It'll be the writers P.O.V. I hope you guys like it!

It had been more than 6 years since Jenna and her younger sister Ivy had returned to the home in Beacon Hills that they had fled all those years ago and now they had no choice but to go back.

They had spent years scavenging for food, sleeping in hostels or sometimes even dindgey back alleys and Jenna had had enough. She decided more than enough time had gone by since the fire and that it really couldn't hurt for her and Ivy to go back. For all they knew there could still be members of their family that are alive and living in Beacon Hills. This was a chance Jenna had to take for Ivy and for herself too.

"Jenna, I don't think I wanna do this" Ivy mumbled as the two came to a halt at the opening to the forest they both knew all too well. Ivy knew that deep inside that forest was the house they grew up in and the house they almost didn't escape from when hunters lit it up. Ivy had a sensitive heart and she really didn't know if she could handle being back there. Her older sister put a hand on her shoulder and looked her right in the eye.

"Ivy we have no where else to go, we've been wandering around for 6 years without a place to call home and I have to take the risk that there's nothing there just in case the house is still standing" Jenna explained to her younger sister. "And if there's no one there, where better to start a new life than our old home."

Ivy really didn't think this whole thing was a good idea but she did what she usually did and followed Jenna. Jenna had been calling the shots since they left Beacon Hills and she had kept them both alive till then. Even though she had her doubts, all her trust lay with Jenna.

The two walked the path way they had walked so many times before when they lived within the forest, both thinking back to all the memories they had made witht heir family. Ivy could feel herself tearing up already. Wolf packs are always extremely close and they were even closer than other wolf packs because they were family and to be torn apart the way they were was devestating.

As they neared the house, Ivy began to cry. Jenna was used to Ivy crying, in fact when she cried it wasn't even a big deal anymore Jenna usually just got annoyed, but not this time. This time Jenna herself wanted to cry. The two felt so overwhelmed as they approached the house, both knowing exactly which way to go as if they had never left. Jenna took Ivy by the hand right before they pushed some tress out of the way to reveal the Hale House.

Ivy gasped when she saw it, throwing her free hand to her mouth. She hadn't expected the house to still be there, she thought they were going to find rubble and ashes but the house was the same as she'd remembered it. It was a little burnt out but it still looked exactly the same as it had.

Jenna gave Ivy's hand a quick queeze and the two girls made their way towards the front door of the house and entered without hesitation.

Just like on the outside, the house was exactly the same as how they'd left it, just a little dustier with a few burnt bits here and there. Ivy and Jenna let go of each other and they went their sperate ways to have a look around the house. Ivy stayed downstiars whereas Jenna immediately made her way up the stairs, straight to her, Ivy and their cousin Cora's old bedroom.

It was just how it had been left. Three single beds, although the once pink bed clothes were now black from the fire, most of the ornaments around the room were gone too, but Jenna was just happy that the beds were still there. She sat down on her own bed and pulled back the covers to see if there was anything there that she left when she'd run from the house 6 years ago. She had left so quickly she hadn't had time to take anything with her, her only priority was getting Ivy out of the house.
