Chapter 4

Ivy's P.O.V

When Derek was gone I jumped up from behind the dumpster where I was hiding.

"Oh that was close" I giggled. Scott smiled at me when he saw me.

"Yeah I thought he was gonna kill me right there and then" Scott sighed in relief.

"Jen and Isaac really saved our butts there didn't they" I laughed.

"Yeah they did. So where should we go" He asked me.

"I dunno I don't really remember this place that much" I shrugged.

"I know where we should go" Scott smiled at me. He walked over to the motor bike and got on. He patted the back of the bike for me to get on. I skipped over and climbed on. He handed me a helmet and put his own on. I put mine on and wrapped my arms around him. He revved the bike and we drove off.

Being in the bike was amazing. It was such a rush, it was like I could just completely block out the world, like it was just me and Scott.

A while later Scott pulled up at the edge of the forest. He climbed off the bike and then helped me off. I tripped when I got off and fell on top of him. It probably would've been a lot more intimate if I didn't have my helmet on.

Scott helped me regain my balance with a chuckle. When I pulled off my helmet I knew where we were. It was the spot in the forest where you can see the entire city. I used to go there with my family and just when I thought Scott couldn't get any more perfect.

"Scott...this is amazing, I used to come here all the time when I was a kid" I beamed.

"I know, Stiles told me Derek brought him out here once, that he used to go out here with you guys" Scott smiled. I hugged him tightly.

"Thank you" I whispered in his ear.

"Your welcome" He whispered back. I pulled back a little and looked up into his amazing brown eyes. I could've just stayed there all day, not saying a word. He leaned in towards me and kissed me lightly on the lips. I closed my eyes and kissed him back. It was a perfect day, with the perfect guy in the perfect place. My life was starting to build itself back up again piece by piece.

We stayed there until after it got dark so we could see all the lights go on in the city, but then we went home. Scott dropped me a few blocks down from Derek's loft.

"Scott, I can't tell you how amazing this was" I told him.

"The only amazing part was you" He said. I blushed and kissed him on the lips. He put his hand on my face and kissed me back.

"I guess I'll see you tomorrow then" He smiled when we'd finished. I nodded and watched him drive off.

"How was your date with Scott" Derek asked when I walked in.

"I wasn't on a date with Scott" I scoffed fakely.

"Oh really?" He said.

"Yeah...uh Scott's gay he's in love with Isaac" I lied. 'Oh god that was such a bad lie' I thought to myself.

"No he's not" Derek replied giving me that 'don't-be-so-stupid' look.

"Uh yeah he is, he told me himself" I smiled at him.

"No he didn't, Scott's not gay" He retorted.

"Don't be so homophobic Derek if Scott wants to be gay he can be gay" I yelled. 'Oh my god why did I just say that?" I thought to myself.

"Ivy I'm gay, I can't  be a homophobe" he sighed.

"I guess you're right, But Scott is gay" I assured him.
