I slowly made my way up the hallway to Austin's room , spraying myself with a small bottle of perfume I had in my jacket pocket trying to get rid of the scent of Ben and Danny on me. As I reached his door I knocked twice before walking in " Alan said that you wanted to see me " I said as I closed his door over . Austin had the same room as me really but more of a dim lighted room and he also had a fridge of where he kept his blood packs.

" Yes I did , I did indeed" he spoke in quite a serious tone as he got up from his bed and started to pace back and forth.

" So how is the newbies settling in ?" He asked as he was twirling his ring on his index finger " Good I've assigned them with room mates that won't harm them I'm making sure these kids survive in this place" I spoke in a serious tone but also having slight nervous tone as well.

" Why would you care if they live or die in this place they are just new toys and food to us " He chuckled still pacing back and forth in the same spot.

" I used to be like one of them too , I was like a new fucking toy to everyone too and the only reason I survived was because I'm friends with the big bad vampire " I narrowed my eyes slightly. " All I Fucking ask is that you keep your flilthy fangs off them" I spoke in a serious tone my eyes going a light purple.

Austin chuckled as he used his speed to come right next to me " Now , now Jessica don't get fiesty on me now" He smirked as I grabbed him by the throat " Why didn't I leave you to get staked why " I closed my eyes as I tightened my grip.

" You don't want to harm me now do you Jessica ? " He smirked as I let go and moved back.whimpering slightly.

" Ssssh it's okay Jessica you are calm now you're not going to Hurt anyone" He spoke in a calm , soothing tone of voice as I ran towards him and wrapped my arms around him as he did the same.

" I'm a monster Austin I don't wanna let the madness take over , I don't want to hurt anyone again I really don't " I whimpered again.

Weirdly Austin started to gently stoke my cheek " Jessica you are the most amazing person I have met you couldn't hurt anyone you love "

He smiled as I started to blush.

" Are you blushing Jessica ?" His smile growing wider " Me blushing pffft nope , no way " I said nervously as I giggled and hid my face. He smiled as I felt him making me face him as I slowly saw him move towards me , puckering up his lips and closing his eyes. Oh my fucking god he is going to kiss me.Wait how do I even kiss again?.I haven't really kissed anyone before well like never.I panicked slightly as I copied what he did and slowly started to move it.

As soon as our lips collided , I definitely felt a spark of romance like I did when I noticed Ben and Danny , gazing into each other's eyes. As soon as we pulled away , I was blushing like a idiot and he was smiling like one.

" Erm .... I -I - I gotta go " I spoke nervously as in a flash I ran out Austin's room and ran into mine , closing the door behind me as I slid down it.

I kissed my best friend

Am I really in love with him ?
