The next morning the two girls woke up, and Elphaba still feeling a little shocked.
Elphaba went downstairs and got breakfast sorted out.
Kaitlin came down a few moments later, they had their breakfast in silence just as the two girls finished up they heard a knock on the castle door. Kaitlin went to open it to find Glinda!
"Glinda!" Kaitlin said with a huge side relief on her face.
"I heard what happened?" Glinda said in a calm voice.
"Yeah Elphaba isn't the same since she found out that the wizard was a fraud." Kaitlin said.
The two friends walked upstairs to find Elphaba, but their was no trace of her anywhere expect a note that said,
"dear Kaitlin I wanted to thank you for all that you have done but I think it's time for us to go our own ways. I have gone somewhere where you won't find me! I don't want you to find me, because I think the wizard is right "everyone deserves a chance to fly" and I know who I really am now." Love Elphaba. After reading this Kaitlin was shook up and wanted to sit by Elphaba's bed and cry.
Glinda sat beside Kaitlin and comforted her as she was crying.
After a while Kaitlin got up and told Glinda that she was going to get her friend back.
