_____________

I walked into school, hand in hand with Charlie. It's been 3 months since the fight and things are going amazing. I was no longer the crazy, or dorky girl. It was perfect. Charlie was perfect.

"So Annie?" Charlie said as I was putting my books in my locker and Charlie was leaning against the one right next to mine, "I was wondering if you wanted to come over for dinner tonight and meet my parents."

"I'd love you!" I exclaimed!

"Yay!" he said, he picked me up and spun me around, then he set me back down.

I kissed him on the cheek and headed off for class.

__________

During lunch me and Charlie sat at our new and usual spot in the cafeteria.

"You excited for tonight?" he asked me.

"Of course! I've never met your parents before and well you have met my mum and..." I trailed off not wanting to continue he knew what my mum was like, and I loved him for never saying anything about it.

He smiled at me, I smiled back at him, "So, what should I wear tonight?" I asked him.

"Anything, you look gorgeous in anything." he said with a wink. I blushed.

"Thank you, but I really don't know what to wear, is it fa-" I said but he cut me off by pressing his lips against mine.

"Get a room," someone said. We pulled back to see who it was, it was Charlie's old friend Jake, the one that tripped me the day the Charlie defriended all of them, Nick, Jake, and Ryan. All assholes, all now unpopular because of it. They can't get a girlfriend, or even a girl to look at them in general. It's funny, and all because of me.

Charlie rolled his eyes, and kissed me again.

___________

I looked in the mirror one last time. I was wearing a light pink frilly skirt, with a shirt that said 'Girl on Fire," with T-Strap heels, and a bow clutch. I had to admit, I looked pretty good. I headed downstairs to the kitchen.

"You look pretty honey," someone said. Mum. I turned to look at her.

"Thank you, I'm going out tonight." I told her.

"I can see that, and where will you be going?" she asked.

"Charlie's house, I'm going to meet his parents, were having dinner." I said.

"Oh, well have fun. I was wondering, do you maybe wanna go shopping with me this weekend? I need some new clothes, and I thought maybe you might want to come with. We never do anything together, so I was hoping you would want to come, you can get some new things too, if you'd like." she said. I thought a moment.
