A high-set nose would be a nose that starts extending from the face on the brow bone, so you can imagine what a medium-set and a low-set nose might look like. The results for the tip of the nose is just how it sounds. If it's rounded, there's no bulbous protrusion on the tip, if fleshy, there is a bulbous flesh on the tip, and if it's fleshy with a split tip, its just like fleshy but with an indentation right down the middle.
