Natural anomalies are the miscellaneous stuff such as birthmarks, how many yin tong lines a character will have if he or she draws his or her eyebrows together, freckles and other stuff, and this will work similarly to the hands and feet gif set.
You choose the yin tong lines first, because everyone has yin tong lines.
Then you choose one or more natural anomaly. Then you go to the alternate colored categories, find the corresponding category, and choose from there. If you need to choose a body part for birthmarks, go back to The Basic Body gif set, and go to the bottom where you'll find a gif generator for body parts.
Fa Ling lines are for much older characters, so if you get this, and this character is below the age of forty, you can choose another anomaly. They're often called laugh lines, but they don't always signify that the person laughs a lot.
Occasionally, "genetic mutation" might come up, but that's entirely up to you to interpret. Cleft chins and heterochromia might be enough of a genetic mutation for you, or a character was born with a shriveled arm, or you can choose other sorts like Waardenburg Syndrome (research is necessary!) or something. I left it open to you.
In the Orteil Dashnet generator, it should be pretty straightforward. If birthmark or moles was not chosen, then just ignore it.
