I walk into the building scanning my ID, I open the studio door feeling the cool air hit my legs since I have shorts on today. Kodie smiles at me, I return the smile sitting down. I hear knocking on the door, I stand up opening the door. My heart suddenly starts pounding, my breath becomes heavier and faster, my head is spinning, my knees feel weak, I feel my body hit the floor as darkness takes over my body.
"You alright lil mama?" Kodie says leaning over me I nod my head sitting up "What happened?" I ask "One of my home boys came and you just lost it" she says "Oh.." I say softly standing up from the bed "What's wrong?" She worriedly ask "Nothing" I say "tell me" she says sitting down on the bed and sitting me next to her "It's just that's my ex and some things went wrong with him.." I say trailing off playing with my earring "Wrong like what?" She says holding my hand "I don't want to talk about it" I say standing up "Can you take me home" I ask looking down at the floor, she stands up grabbing her keys walking out the room.
