"I thought crime scenes were below a D.A.'s paygrade?" I ask the D.A. He looks at me and. Oliver for. A moment.
" I'm not that kind of D.A." He says and looks at us, " what brought you here anyway?"
" Radio call mentioned the murder weapon. Like Church and Lieutenant Conahan." Oliver says with his voice thing on.
"What do you have on the victim? " I ask the D.A.
"Gay Eked, divorced mother of two, and before you ask, her ex has an airtight alibi, and Ms. Eked's criminality is limited to 3 parking tickets. What do you know that I don't? " the D.A asks us. I look at Oliver.
"The killer calls himself Prometheus." He answers the question.
"And why would this Prometheus target an average housewife? " the DA asks us, just then his phone vibrates. "Another body just dropped."

"Peter Meld, 38, cab driver.
He was killed while filling his taxi up with gas." Felicity says over the com. She was debriefing the rest of the team (duffle) while me and Oliver went on ahead.
"Any connection between Meld and Gay Eked?" Digger asks, I hear it through the com.
"Just the same M.O" Felicity replied to him.
"-- killed by throwing star." I cut in.
"Would be nice if we could get our hands on one" diddgle says.
" no, billy doesn't know I work with the green arrow." Felicity starts gettin. Defensive. Nothing was at the place me and Oliver were checking so we headed back. When we got there only duffle was there out of the whole team was here. I sat down on the table and look to Felicity.
" I plugged the 4 victims into an algorithm that ViCAP uses to track serial killers. The computer can tease out connections between the victims that the FBI generally doesn't make." Felicity explains what's happening on the screen.
" that's smart" I say nodding along like I understand, even though I'm slightly lost.
" - And I cross-referenced in our own database along with SCPD's to hopefully get better results."
Suddenly a news alert breaks through.
"Bethany snow: Reports are just coming in that someone spotted the throwing star killer at an outdoor shopping mall, inciting widespread panic that is threatening to spill into nearby streets and homes." Bethany snow says on tv.
"Well, I hope your new girlfriend is happy with herself." Felicity says bitterly.
"Let's call the team and have them meet me there." Oliver says walking off.
"All of them?" Duffle asks.
"All of them" Oliver agrees.

There is panic and gun shots going off all around us.
"Who the hell are those guys? " Rene asks looking at the idiots with guns.
"They're just shooting into the dark." Evelyn points out.
"It's because they're scared. Prometheus probably isn't even here. Our job here is to keep the peace. Me, (y/n), Spartan, and Ragman will handle the shooters. Everyone else get people to safety." Oliver gives us all our directions
"Why's Ragman get to have all the fun? " Rene asks like a child, I would smack him if I could.
"Because I said so." Oliver says as he shoots his arrow and makes a zip line. I hook my bow onto it and zoom down into the panic.
We all helped people get away, I tackled one idiot with a gun down and he started crying and left. Finally it was all done and we were at the arrow cave.
"We need to canvass the city.
Felicity can coordinate." Oliver says to us.
"We need to help the SCPD maintain order." Digger agrees with Oliver.
"Hold up a sec." Curtis asks looking around.
"More like back up, way up." Rene says also giving us a look.
"Tonight's the first we're hearing of a serial killer operating in the city." Rory says and I mentally slap myself, I forgot they didn't know.
"He calls himself Prometheus. He's the one who killed Tobias Church." I tell them hoping to help.
"Did you know about this? " Rory asks me, Oliver, and diggle.
"We knew about this." Diggle responds.
Why didn't we know about this? " Evelyn asks us, I give a shrug and look to Oliver.
You know about him now, so let's get to work." Oliver says ever so amazingly
"These throwing star killings are some kind of message that Prometheus is sending to Oliver." Felicity says looking at her screen
"Sounds like he's calling him out." Diggle says.
" Sounds like--and I'm guessing-- you and Blondie have known about this a while." Rene says with a slightly bitter tone
" that's not insulting at all" Evelyn says sarcastically.
"This isn't a matter of feelings. We hand to think about it." Giggle says to them.
"He means the "A" team had to make sure the "B" team was worthy enough for being kept in the loop." Rene says mockingly.
" there is only team arrow, and I actually agree with you guys, but the whole city is going nutso crazy right now, so-- " Felicity says trying to reason with them.
"She's right." Rory says to Felicity. (Y/n) looks at him and smiles, they're getting along.
" There's plenty of time for this later." Oliver states as he starts to get ready.
"Except for Curtis. I need his help." Felicity says to him.
" - Victimology algorithm.

" Ollie, where are you? This place is going through 5 kinds of hell right now." Thea asks Oliver on the phone which I didn't know he was on.
"What do we have? " I ask Felicity.
"You guys, uh, think you want to clear the room for us? " John asks the rest of the team.
"Seriously, bro? " Rene says looking at him.
" Felicity and Curtis found something. We want to know what it is." Evelyn says standing form on the subject.
"Yeah, we're a team, or at least we were." Rory says looking at Oliver.
" What do we have?" Oliver caves in.
"At first, not much of anything.
No links between home addresses, personal histories, favorite colors, Nada." Felicity says explaining. " So the victimology algorithm moved on to crazy Zodiac killer kind of stuff.
Felicity: Such as looking for anagrams in case Prometheus was sending a message in the names of the victims he's been choosing."
"Has he been?" I ask. Interested.
" sorta, First 4 victims-- Tobias Church, Sam Conahan, Peter Meld, and Gay Eked. Victims 3 and 4 were not random." Curtis tells us.
" We think Prometheus is using those names as anagrams to spell out other names. Adam Hunt, Ted Gaynor, Palmer Cokes, Sachi Beech." Felicity fully explains.
" Those names supposed to mean anything to us? " Evelyn asks her.
"They do to him." John says to them.
"Care to enlighten?" Curtis asks as he looks around.
"Those names are on the list." I tell them with a dreadful feeling in my chest.
" What the hell is the list?" Evelyn asks. Oliver then explains the list.
"Let me get this straight. You got a "To Kill" list, and I'm the out-of-control one? " Rene asks Oliver.
"I haven't used that list, I haven't looked at it in 4 years." Oliver explains. I nod in agreement.
" 4 years? But I thought-" Curtis try's.
" all him." Felicity says.
"So what the serial killing is trying to say is," Rory speaks up, "is that your the serial killer."
