"Sorry I'm late, but I come bearing gifts. We had this tradition in my family where we'd all open our presents at the exact same time.
Since you guys are the only family I have, I, uh, figured I'd try it with you." Evelyn says as she heads out gifts, I take mine and wait for her to start. However, I hear tearing behind us and I turn around to see Rene opening his up.
" Were you even listening to the rules? " Rory asks Rene and I laugh slightly.
"I don't like rules or listening." Rene says looking at his gift.
"This is dope, Evie." Rene says as he smiles at evie.
" Thanks, Evelyn."Rory says to evie looking at his stocking.
"It's very sweet." John tells her, I don't say anything since I didn't really think they were that cute.
"You know, the best part is this is gonna piss Oliver off when we hang these up all over the place." Rene says and I smile.
" dare ya to hang it infront of his suit." I say to Rene and he backs away slowly, not even considering.
" well lets eat?" John asks sitting down at the table. I take a seat next to Rory and eat as well. I had been slightly uncomfortable around Rory after the aliens, thanks to their little mind games. But I'd come to forget mostly what had happened in that. Rory took my hand under the table and I smiled as I ate. I actually liked this better then that made up dream.

*later*

"After what seems like a respite from the serial murders weeks ago, the Throwing Star Killer strikes again.
Another attack by the Throwing Star Killer disrupted the annual holiday party at city hall." Bethany snow on the news says. I sigh, I can't believe he has attacked Curtis. Curtis
" Maybe we should change the security codes on the bunker." I say to Felicity and she nods.
"And we did that over an hour ago." She tells me. Okay then.
" All the good that will do." Thea says sarcastically from the side of the center raised up thing. "Rene's right."
"And you know how much she hates saying that." I say sarcastically.
"If Prometheus knows who Curtis is, he knows who we all are." Thea says, I freeze, he couldn't?
"Maybe Barry could do that Flashpoint thing again." Rory says and I look at him out of the side of my eye.
"Yeah, he does that, Dig might end up with 5 kids." Rene says looking at John.
"That stuff makes my brain hurt." Rory says and I smile at him slightly.
"How's Curtis? " John ask and Oliver answers.
"He's gonna be fine." Oliver tells us convincingly.
"Better now that the Dycloseral's out of his system. Prometheus injected him with it when he attacked him." Felicity says playing with her pencil.
" Now why does that ring a bell? " I say trying to remember.
"Because 4 years ago, the Hood took down Justin Claybourne, the CEO of the pharmaceutical company that manufactures it." John explains for us who don't know.
"By took him down, you mean killed, right? " Rene asks and I nod.
"After Claybourne's death, his company went down. He had no other family members to leave it to." Felicity says looking at her screen.
"Still, Prometheus using Dycloseral 4 years after the fact can't be a coincidence." Rory says thinking.
"It does send the message.'I'm alive, and I'm coming after you.
" Thea says
"You think Prometheus is Justin Claybourne? How's that possible?" I ask her and she shrugged.
"In our town, people who are dead turn out to be secretly alive almost every Wednesday." She explains and I almost laugh at the honesty.
"Case in point, the old Claybourne manufacturing plant reports heavy usage of water and power over the last few months." Oliver says.
" It's worth checking out.
Suit up." Oliver says and we all head to get ready.

*later*

"We're in." Rene says over the coms.
"Copy. Ragman, are you in position?" Oliver asks. I break off from Rene and evie.
"If he's in there, he's not getting out." Comes Rory's reply over the comms
A little later I was rushing my way up the stairs trying to get to Oliver and the group, I'd just got in when Evelyn revealed she was helping Prometheus.
" your not a hero Oliver, this city needs saving from you" she does her little coming out as a villain speech.
And then they were gone. And we knew who'd betrayed us.

"Think in Flashpoint I maybe dated her back in high school?" Rene asks looking longingly over at thea, I choke out a laugh.
"It's an alternate timeline, not an alternate reality." I say with a smirk.
"What's that supposed to mean?" End asks offended.
"It means-- and no offense-- but in a multiverse of possibilities there's no world where Thea Queen goes out with, you know, someone like you."Rory explains for me and I laugh again.
"What's that supposed to mean--someone like me?" Rene asks hurt again.
"It means you're not my type." Thea says comming into our conversation.
"Don't you ever wonder what you were like there though?" Rene asks us, Rory shakes his head and Thea laughs.
"Why does it matter? It's not real." I say getting bored.
" so you don't care at all?" Rene asks me not really believing.
" not now, Barry told me what I was like there." I say with a shrug. Me and Barry were close enough, that when it came out about flashpoint, I had texted him wanting to know what i was like.
"And?" Thea says but we get called off to talk by the leaders of the team. I notice Rory raising his eyebrow at me.
" I'll tell you later if you want." I tell him with a small smile on my face.
