Into the present

Phil and Dan were just finishing. Out of respect for their privacy I will not specify what they were just finishing. But we all know exactly what just went down.

"arg...that was amazing sex" said Dan trying to catch his breath back.
"Mmm it sure was! You seemed a little distracted near the end though. Not your normal energetic self" Phil said concerned.

" Ah yeah .... sorry about that. I was thinking back to about a decade ago, when I first realized my feelings for you even though I didn't know it at the time. It's what opened my eyes to what I felt all along. The missing jigsaw piece to my heart in which you were the key to unlock" He paused then shyly looked towards Phil.

"And our love grew together from that moment to blossom into the great tree that it is today"
"I love you Phil my irresistibleness"
Phil smiled "I love you too Dan -you're my better half."

They smiled the smile that lovers do at each-other, as we fade out into the sunset.

Are headlights are now into the mist of climbing the mountains were we finally arrived at the Casper Lee's lair.
It was the most epic hut we had ever seen! We stopped to hear the loud fearsome roar of his dragon. No longer would it singe villagers and eat their pets. It would finally pay for its crimes !

"Greatings mortals!" the dragon growled. It wooshed around and when it saw our heroes, it breathed in fire deeply and spewed it at them! But our heroes were quicker than that, and with the spell stored inside I used my healing power and unleashed it upon the dragon! The dragon was so stunned by the power I had it had fled and as easy as that the heroes could get in.

At the end of a long stairway, There was Casper lee stood furnishing an incantation!
Once more I unleashed the healing power but it had no use! No healing could get rid of the evil he had.

"Hahahaha! " He cackled . "Your powers do nothing against my super-evil. And you don't even know why...."
"Why" Dan shouted.
"I'll tell you why!" says Casper lee with lingering evil in his voice.
"It's because the dragon.... is secretly your father!"
"My father?! Noooooo! What have you done?!"
"I have turned your father into a dragon and there is nothing you can do as you will suffer too and be enslaved by this special spell I have prepared just for you!"
As the last sentence was said, Casper pointed a single finger at me and a purple blinding streak of light went from his fingertip, straight into my chest.
"Arrggh!" I muttered in pain.
"Phil"! said Louise, "Noooo!"
Dan ran towards Casper and smacked him in the face. The spell was stopped immediately. Casper was now laid on the floor unconscious, this was the chance to free my father and turn him back into a human with the help of Louise.

I picked Dan up who was in shock and thanked him for saving my life and my father. With no time to waste I quickly kissed he's forehead and ran with the other towards the dungeon.

When we arrived to the dungeon we saw the amount of people Casper had locked up who he had tortured, with the original plan to just save my father after defeating Casper we began to free the poor souls. Now with a huge team of heroes and saved victims we found my father ready to take on another battle to bring him back to human form.

However this did not happen , thanks to my healing spell my father was no longer cursed to be evil and instead of bringing him back we left him as a dragon as he wished , which was truly awesome. We all jumped on his back and got ready to take off, but before leaving the lair we had one job to do. That was to lock Casper up high in the mountains for him to die alone for all the bad and evil he caused for the town.

With this experience Phil had discovered his true feelings for Dan after he saved his life. This made them very close and ready to take on more adventures in the future.
