So I have a lot of shit wrong with me. Here's a list of all that shit.
I have anxiety (I've been having a lot of anxiety attacks lately)
I have depression
I cut
I've tried suicide
I'm practically insane
I have severe sleep apnea (I COULD DIE IN MY SLEEP WHICH I ALMOST DID). For those who don't know, sleep apnea is basically where you almost/completely stop breathing in your sleep. I stopped breathing in my sleep for 1 minute once, and I probably need a breathing machine for when I sleep. So that means I probably need to wear a breathing mask at night. The breathing machine is called a Bi-PAP/C-PAP machine. MY grandma used to need to use a Bi-PAP, and one of my dad's used a C-PAP. (This is how sleep apnea was explained to me lol)
I have severe asthma which doesn't help my sleep apnea
I'm overweight
