This is a message, that I want you to read if you are angry, upset, worried, or even if you are okay, I want you to read this.
Anger, sadness, stress, and worrying doesn't help anything. It makes everything worse. So please, if you are angry or sad or stressed right now, just stop, and take a deep breath

Now, stay calm. Please. Why? Because. If you are not calm, and handle things in a calm matter, nothing is solved. And if you are angry, or stress, you are in able to fully process what needs to be done to fix things, their for you make it worse. You also dramatically risk your health. You could pass out, have a heart attack, die of sleep loss because of stress, and so much more. You could also do something stupid with yourself, like cut, overdose, drink, get high, smoke cigarettes, and all of these are bad for you. And never, EVER, drive when angry or stressed. You could easily get into an accident, and die that way. I have learned all of these the hard way, and my daddies each came very close to death multiple times because they were too angry and stressed. And I don't want to lose any of you that way. So please, for your, and my sake, calm down.
