When Sherlock Met Loki (Sherlock Fanfiction)

Chapter Twenty Four

Sherlock's POV

I walked up the stairs to the roof, knowing what would become of me. I felt guilt and sickness inside of me. What was I doing? Should I really save Loki? All he's ever done to me is trick me and fool me into loving him. But he has also become my best friend. And now I have a child with him, or at least that's what Jenny tells me.

I finally get to the roof and see Jenny causally sitting on the roof. She gets up and smirks, "Oh hello Sherlock. Didn't expect you to come."

"Jenny," I acknowledged.

"Ready to make a deal?"

I nodded, "Yes."

Jane's POV

I rushed over to Loki, "Oh my god! Do you think Sherlock went to go find Jenny?"

He shook his head, "No, no, that's a suicide mission. If Jenny gets her hands on Sherlock, she'll use her to her advantage. I don't know what will become of her."

"No, that can't happen! I'm going to that rooftop!"

Loki grabbed my arm, "No, you can't! If Sherlock were to lose you she would die."

I looked at him, "Then what are you suggesting? That she go up there and kill herself for you?"

"Of course not! I-I just-I don't want to die either."

"Well then allow me! Cause guess what, I don't have anyone to love like you and Sherlock. I don't have a soon to be baby to care for. I'm just Jane, the sidekick. And now it's time for me to own the spotlight, to die for the hero's sake."

Loki tried to stop me but he knew he couldn't. Sherlock was my best friend, my sister. I had always said I'd die for her and now it's time to.
