I woke up to my alarm clock ringing. I groaned as I put it out, and get out of my big, comfortable, king sized bed. I hate school. Why is that so necessary? Ugh. I walked into the bathroom like a zombie, to do my morning routine. After I brushed my teeth, I combed my long black hair. Well, it's not that long, it's end is near the middle of my back. I put on my make-up which is some foundation and winged eyeliner. I never 'overdo' it. I prefer natural make-up. I went back to my room and I put on a pair of jeans ripped on the knee and a black T-shirt with a pink moustache on it. This was my favorite because I got it from my best friend, Mark for my birthday.
I grabbed my backpack and walked downstairs. Our house was neither big, nor small. It was enough for my mom, brother and I.
My brother was sitting in the living room on the black leather sofa, scrolling through his phone, not paying attention what's going on around him. He's not a morning person. I sneaked up behind him and pulled his dark brown hair. Not so strong but not weak either. He jumped a little then turned around with a death glare.
"Oh. My. God. Holley you can't just do that." he said but I just laughed it off. He shook his head and grabbed his backpack and head outside. "I'm going to school. Bye mom, bye loser."
"Bye asshole." I flicked him off and I heard the door closing. I love him tho. I went to the kitchen where I saw my mother making tea. When she saw me she walked up to me and gave me a kiss on the cheek.
"Don't be so mean to Brian!" She said but she was smiling. I rolled my eyes. "Good morning honey."
"Good morning mom." I smiled back as I walked past her to pour myself some tea.
"Have you slept well?" she asked.
"Yeah, kind of."
"I see. There aren't bags under your pretty blue eyes." I laughed a little.
"Well, thanks."
"No problem sweetheart." she said with a smile. "Now, finish your tea, because Mark must be here soon."
I nodded and took the last sip of my liquid and put the cup in the dishwasher. A few minutes later we heard a knock on the door.
"I think Mark's here. Bye mom!" I shout the last part from the hall as I put my shoes on.
I opened the door and there was a chest in front of me. I looked up to meet his dark brown eyes. He was wearing a red jumper and black jeans. He's always wearing simple clothes but they made him really attractive. They kind of showed his muscles.
He haven't found love yet but I hope he'll meet someone, someday. He was the greatest guy I knew. He deserves a girl who loves him and cares about him, like he would.
"Good morning." he said with his deep, morning voice, and he pulled me into a tight hug. I hugged him back with a smile. I needed to stand on my tiptoes with my 5"5' height to his 5"10'.
"Morning ya' big bear." I let him go to close the door, then turned around. "Ready to go?"
"Of course." he said with a wide smile.
I messed up his red, dyed hair as we walked down the street. He lived just a few blocks away from me. Which is awesome. It's really good to have my best friend this close to me."Oh, you better stop." He said grinning.
"And if I don't?" I said and messed up his hair even more. I laughed and then I felt hands on my sides. "Nooo don't do it Mark!"
But it was too late. He started tickling me. I could barely stand when he finally stopped. He was holding me because my legs were weak because of laughing so hard. You could tell he started to work out.
"Okay, okay I won't do it again." I chuckled and I planted a kiss on his cheek. He smirked and let go of me.
"That's what I wanted to hear." he laughed.
We walked past a café and I looked in for a moment and I saw something green, which I found unusual. I looked again and I saw a boy with lime green hair. He was standing in the line, looking at his phone. His hair was shaved to short on the sides and back, and the top was longer and green. He had some facial hair. He looked totally adorable though. He was wearing a pair of jeans, a black sweatshirt, a brown beanie, a greyish jacket, a pair of Converse and glasses. He avoided eye contract with everyone, so he hung his head low and just moving his eyes and his head a little bit. Like he was nervous about something.
"Hey, are you listening?"
I shook my head and turned back to Mark.
"Sorry I zoned out a bit." He looked the direction I was looking and he saw the guy too.
"I never saw him here before."
"Me neither." I shrugged as we walk along.
He shrugged too and we continued our conversation like nothing happened. But my mind was around that boy in the store. I wish I can get to know him someday. He was around our age so maybe he's in our school? No, that's impossible I would've noticed someone with green hair. Maybe he'll go there?
Soooooooo what do you think? Should I continue it or not? Give me your feedback please. :)
