Part 13: Gone

Setting: Chris' house

Sapphire's POV

"Do you have to go?" I asked Chris again for the 100th time.

"Yes I do now stop taking my clothes out of my suitcase!" he said smacking my hand which had his clothes in it.

I sighed and sat his clothes back into the suitcase.

"Can't you just stay with me." I said tugging on his shirt.

"I would if I could." he said.

I give up.

He continued to pack his suitcase with some clothes while I sat and watched him.

"I will be back in no time." he said zipping his suitcase up and kissing my forehead.

It's like a couple of weeks ago I wanted nothing to do with him now it's like I want him to stay with me.

"Are you ready to go?" I asked.

"Yes." he said picking up his bags.

We went downstairs heading towards the car.

We were here and we had to wait for his flight so we decided to eat at a local restraunt.

"I can't believe you're gonna be gone for two months" I said.

"I know It's seem like forever but it's not forever." he said.

"Ok." I said.

The waiter walked up to our table and took our orders.

"When do you start working again." he said.

"In three days. I'm thinking about quiting." I said.

"Why?" he asked.

"Because it's not what I wanna do anymore." I said.

"What do you want to do?" he asked.

"I actually want to have my own shop and sell clothes." I said.

"Oh cool." Chris said texting on his phone.

The waiter came back with our food.

We ate silently and then headed back.

It took us 5 minutes to get through the security people and then we had to wait 5 more minutes.

"I don't act like it sometimes but I do like you a lot." I said.

"It's ok you don't have to tell me I already know." he said kissing my forehead and grabbing my hand

"I'm gonna miss you." I said.

"I'm gonna miss you too. How about when I get back we can go out." he said.

"Sure!" I said smiling.

His phone started ringing and he answered it.

"It's ready now? Ok." he said hanging up.

"My planes ready." he said standing up.

"I guess this is good bye then." I said standing up too.

He wrapped me in his arms and kissed my forehead.

"Good bye." he said before letting me go.

"Bye." I said kissing him on the lips.

He grabbed his bags and walked off.

I'm gonna miss him.
