March/April 1999
"This is it." I look around, and smile. He wasn't lying about it being small, but it was a comfy place. Dust was now collected in every corner The 'W' for Weasley in bright red on a gold wallpaper.
"It's very Gryffindor." I comment, looking around.
"Our idea, really." He replied, wrapping his arms around my waist. "We kind of ... banged out of school." I laugh. Everybody was cheering that day, the twins finally gave hell to Umbridge before they flew away, their fireworks exploding around us. "We didn't want to miss the place where all our ideas came."
"A homey feeling?" He nods. "I love it."
"Come on, I'll show you the bedroom." Without leaving our embrace, we walk into a medium size bedroom, it was actually right next to living room. The room was very similar to the room that they had shared in the Burrow. "We decided to keep the format." He whispers, letting me go. I walk around the small room, papers crumbled up in balls, and ink was covering the floor.
"Last minute?" He nods, and i pick the balls up. "Draft?"
"One of many." I nod, and sit on one of the beds. I look around the room, and then stop as I look at George who just stares at the bed i was sitting. "I..."
"Hey.." I stand up and walk up to him, wiping his tears. "Whether not physically..Fred is always going to be with you. The same way Tonks and Professor Lupin, and Sirius and everybody else." He begins to sob, and i just hug him tightly. "We're going to go through this together." I whisper, kissing his chest. "I promise." He doesn't say anything, so i just let him sob.
"I love you." He whispers, to break the silence. I look at him with wide eyes, yet his eyes didn't show me that was a lie.
"Geo.."
"You don't have to say it back.." He says, putting a strand of my hair behind my ear. "I just want you to know that I love you. And It makes me really happy that we're going to be sharing this room."
"You sure?" I ask, looking back at Fred's old bed
"I'm sure. I think Fred would understand." I nod and wrap my arms around his neck, the same time his arms went around my waist, and his lips on mine. They moved differently, this time, and soft from his crying. His hands cup my bottom, and as if my body took control of itself, I jump, wrapping my legs. around his waist. He begins to walk and we slowly go down. I look into his brown eyes, as he looks at my eyes. "I'm a lucky bastard." I giggle, and he takes off his shirt. My cheeks quickly begin to heat up, and he lays down right next to me. I curl next to him, my hand right on his chest. "You have cold hands." I chuckle.
"It's a Malfoy thing." He kisses my forehead, and I close my eyes. I count every heartbeat he gave, a sign that the nightmare that continued to haunt was just a dream. He was next to me, no matter how much I didn't deserve to be here next to him.
"I love you." He whispers one more time, before his heartbeat steadies, and i fall asleep with the sound of his thumps.. And a small cry coming from outside.

The entire week was as smooth as it could be. Draco visited once, while George looked around the main floor He didn't say anything, except if i was happy. I was beyond happy. George was doing much better, and i think being separated from his family was a step to recovery. Neither of us really tried to speak about how his family would feel with me being here with him, instead of one of them. Draco mentioned that mum knew i was moving out of the manor. Ginny came the following day, and we talked about Harry and George. Harry's nightmares were getting worse, and the fear of his scar hurting again, was on its full time. We came into the conclusion that it was his jitters with her starting Hogwarts in a few months. She also told me their first official date. Harry had taken out to the Muggle world and went to what they call a fair. She loved it, and apparently had lots of fun after the entire date. Her face almost matched her hair as she spoke about it.
