Unfolding

We learn some information about where our parents are.

Chapter 7
I had a dream. I actually don't know what it's called because I blacked out.
I am in a room. The room had black walls, the floor was painted gray, in the of the room were cages. But they weren't holding animals. I ran towards them. Everyone looked horrible. They looked like they have not had a good meal and a shower in weeks. I gasped when I saw my family members.
"Mom?" I asked.
Mom looked up at me.
"Axe!" Mom said.
I reached my hand into the cage that she was in. Mom grabbed my hand.
"I've missed you so much," I cried.
"I missed you too," said Mom, "Can you try to free us, Axe?"
I started crying.
"I can't. This is a dream. Only you can see me," I said.
"Where are we?" I asked.
"Somewhere in California," Mom said.
"Thanks. Mom, we are coming to save everyone," I said.
"Who's with you?" Mom asked.
"Zeke, Omega, Dr.Bob, Scar and Shadow," I replied.
"Who is Dr. Bob?" Mom asked.
"He's the guy who is training us," I replied.
"Where are you now?" Mom asked.
"I am at a hospital," I said.
"What?!" She asked.
I told her about the fight with Luke.
"Any other times you were in the hospital?" Mom asked.
"Your not gonna like this one," I said.
"Just tell me about it," She said.
I told her about when I was stabbed.
"Are you okay?"Mom asked softly.
I showed her my scars on my chest. Mom gasped.
"Shadow killed the Stalfos that stabbed me in the chest. She stayed with me the entire time," I told her.
"I am glad that you and Shadow are dating," Mom said.
"I am too," I said.
"Has anyone else gotten hurt," Mom asked.
I told her about when Shadow got hurt.
"I've raised you right. You went straight to Shadow and defended her. Then you took her to Dr. Bob to heal her. But you went Super Saiyan?" She asked.
"Yeah," I said.
I started glowing then went back to normal. This happened again and again. I realized that I limited time left.
"Mom I have to go soon," I said.
"Okay. Tell everyone that I said hi,"Mom said.
I started glowing faster.
"Bye mom. I love you," I said.
"I love you too Axe," Mom said.
I woke up suddenly. Scar was in the room with me. She looked pissed.
"Did we win the fight?" I asked her.
"No," She said.
"Scar. I had a dream," I said.
"What happened this time?" Scar asked.
I was fighting back tears. I failed. "I saw them," I said.
"Who?" Scar asked.
"Our families ," I cried, "They-they are in bad condition,"
"What do you mean?" Scar asked.
"The people who captured them they are are treating our families bad. Mine has it the worst," I said.
I started to cry slot. Scar gave me a hug. Scar knows how much I love my family. Basically if you be an asshole to anyone in my family I'll kick your ass. Unless you are in fourth grade or lower.
"Do you want me to get Shadow?" Scar asked.
"Yeah," I said.
Scar went to go get Shadow. I sat there for a few minutes. Then Shadow came in the room.
"What's wrong, Axe?" She asked.
"It's our families," I said.
"What do you mean?" Shadow asked.
I told her about my dream.
"My family has it the worst," I told her.
"Is there anything I can do to help?" Shadow asked.
"I don't know," I said.
Shadow gave me a kiss.
"That better?" Shadow asked.
"Yeah," I said.
"You're probably going to make those people pay aren't you?" Shadow asked.
"Hell yeah! They deserve to get their asses kicked. And whoever the leader is I am going to kill them myself!" I replied.
"Can you please promise me something?" Shadow asked.
"Sure. What's the promise?" I asked.
"Promise me that you won't fight Luke again." Shadow told me.
"You know that I can't promise that," I told her.
"I can't watch you get your butt kicked," She said.
"I can't watch you get your butt kicked either," I said.
"Fine. But the second you start to struggle I will come in there and save you," Shadow said.
"Fine. If you start to struggle I will save you as well," I said, "I nearly forgot to tell you,"
"What?" Shadow asked.
"I think I know where our parents are," I replied.
"Where?" Shadow asked.
"Somewhere in California," I told her.
"Let's go tell Dr. Bob," Shadow said.
We went to go tell Dr.Bob.

I told him about my dream and where our parents are located.
"They are located somewhere in California," I said.
"We should head there now," Zeke said.
"No," Dr. Bob said.
"What?" I asked.
"You need to get armour first," Dr. Bob said.
"Fine. Can I have armour that looks like clothes?" I asked.
"Sure if you want," Dr. Bob replied, "But it doesn't look like clothes you'd get from a store,".
"Okay," I said.
"What do you mean by armour that looks like clothes?" Omega asked.
"Come on I'll show you," Dr. Bob said.
"Okay," Everyone said.
"Axe," Omega said.
"Yeah?" I asked.
"I changed my sword," He said.
"What?!" I yelled.
"I changed it to Giraham's sword," He replied.
"Okay," I said.
"Scar. Did you change any of your weapons or get any new ones?" I asked her.
"Yes. I have a pair of gloves that are made from titanium and if I were to punch you with them on, you would be in the hospital for a long time. I also have a battle axe," Scar replied.
"Do you have a shield?" I asked.
"Yeah. It's the Hero Shield," Scar replied.
She pulled out a shield similar to the Hylian Shield.
"Cool," I said.
"Do you have any new weapons?" Scar asked.
"I have  two knives,  Dark Link's bow, Dark Link's sword, Dark Link's Hylian Shield, basically I am Dark Link but not evil" I said.
"I don't know about not evil," Scar said.
I ignored that comment.
"Shadow? Do you have any new weapons?" I asked.
"I have a sword, a shield, a bow, and that's about it," Shadow replied.
"What does your sword and shield look like?" I asked.
She unsheathed her sword and shield. The sword was about a foot long. The blade was silver, and the hilt and handle was black. It looked like Backbiter but it wasn't like it all. You can sense the evil within the blade. But Shadow's blade had the opposite. It had good sense to it.
Her shield black and purple with two lines that had slash marks in them that we're in two different locations and a pink broken heart.
"I like your sword and shield babe," I said.
"Thank you," Shadow replied.
"Zeke? Do you have any new weapons?" I asked.
"Yeah I have a spear, a pocket knife, and a shield," Zeke replied.
"Cool," I said.
We reached the armoury.
"Here we are," Dr. Bob said.
The armoury about of a storage shed. The walls were painted green and white. We went in the shed.
Dr. Bob walked over to a shelf that has multiple clothes that has different colors.
"Here Omega. Try this on. Go in the bathroom over there," Dr. Bob said.
Omega grabbed the clothes. They were dark blue and a diamondish color.
"Shadow," Dr. Bob called.
Shadow walked up to him and grabbed her armour.
"Scar," Dr. Bob said.
Scar grabbed hers.
"Zeke,"
Zeke picked up his.
"Axe,"
I went to grab mine. They were gold and green. They weren't as heavy as I thought it would be.
I went into the bathroom and changed. A few minutes later I went out of the bathroom. The first person I saw was Shadow. Mostly because she was walking in front of me. Her armour was purple and iron. Same with Scar. Zeke had a black leather jacket and the rest of his armour was red and made from gold as well.
"You guys look ready for battle," I said.
"Yeah but we're not going anywhere look at the time," Dr. Bob told us.
I looked at my watch. It was 9:38 pm.
"I guess its bed time," I said.
"Not for you it isn't," Dr. Bob told me.
"What?" I asked.
"You are on guard duty," He replied.
"When is the end of my shift?" I asked.
"Around 6:00 am," He replied.
"You're kidding me. Right?" I said.
"Yeah I'll take over around 3am," Dr. Bob said.
"Okay do I get a partner or something?" I asked.
"Yeah. You get to choose," He replied.
I already had my choice in mind.
"Shadow," I said.
"No," She replied.
"Why not?" I asked.
"I've done it for the last couple of days. I could use a break," She replied.
"Okay," I said.
I thought of someone else.
"Zeke," I said.
"Okay," He said.
Zeke walked over to me.
"Let's go," I said.
"You're gonna need your sword and shield out," Zeke said.
"I know," I said.
I unsheathed Backbiter and tapped my watch. My watch then formed into a shield. Zeke unsheathed his sword.
"Let's go," I said.
We started walking to the front entrance. I heard some howling in the distance. It was not a wolf's howl.
"Zeke?" I asked.
"Yeah?" Zeke replied.
"Was that what I think it is?" I asked.
"Yep. It's a Hellhound. I have been hearing that one for a long time now," He replied.
"Shit! I don't want to fight a Hellhound," I said.
"Don't worry about it," He said.
We reached the entrance. The hospital was only about ten feet away from us.
"What time is it?" I asked.
Zeke looked at his watch.
"10:15" Zeke replied.
"Thanks," I said.
"No problem," Zeke said.
A few hours passed. Well it felt like it but actually it is only been  an hour and forty five minutes since I asked Zeke about the time.
"I have to use the bathroom. The bean soup isn't agreeing with me right now" Zeke said.
"Go to the hospital and go use it," I told him.
Zeke ran to use the bathroom.
A few minutes passed. Across the road there was some sounds coming from the bushes. I raised my sword.
Suddenly a figure came out of them.
"Who are you?" I asked.
No answer.
"Come to were I can see you or else," I commanded.
"I don't think you should fight me," The figure said.
It was a female by the sound of her voice.
"Okay. Just come to where I can see you," I told her.
"Fine," She said.
She walked close to where I could see her. She had waist length curly black hair with streaks of blue in her hair. She had a dark green tank top and a pair of ripped, faded blue jeans with black leggings underneath them. Her shoes were knee high lace up black combat boots. She had an olive skin tone and she was about 16 and 5'6 by the looks of it. She also had a long sleeved body dark blue leather jacket. She had high cheek bones. I could see part of her weapons. She had two celestial bronze swords, a bow,  and two daggers. She was beautiful but I was not going to cheat on Shadow for her. Plus if I did she'd kill me. Scar would also try to kill me. I sheathed my sword and deactivated my shield.
"What is your name?" I asked.
"Tara Lilly. But my friends call me T.L.," She replied.
"Okay. I am Axe," I said.
"Nice to meet you Axe," T.L said.
"Nice to meet you as well," I said.
"So are you a Half-Blood?" I asked.
"Yeah my mom is Athena," T.L replied.
"Cool," I said.
"Who is your parent?" T.L asked.
"Poseidon," I replied.
"Cool," T.L said.
My alarm on my watch started going off for 3 a.m.
"You tired at all?" I asked.
"Yeah," T.L replied.
"Well it's the end of my shift," I said, "Follow me,"
"Okay," T.L said.
I stopped walking. A Hellhound was right in front of us.
"Don't move a muscle," I whispered.
Suddenly T.L did the opposite of what I told her to do. She reached into her jacket. Then she pulled out a knife and threw it at the Hellhound. The blade struck it right in the chest and the Hellhound turned into dust.
"That was awesome!" I yelled.
"It was nothing," T.L said.
Dr. Bob came out of the building.
"Axe. Who is this?" He asked.
"This is T.L. T.L this is Dr. Bob," I replied.
"When did she get here?" Dr. Bob asked.
I told him about when I met T.L.
"Fine. Go to bed both of you," Dr. Bob said.
T.L and I started walking to the hospital.
"Is Dr. Bob always like this?" T.L asked.
"No," I replied.
We got to the hospital.
"Are there any rooms I can sleep in?" T.L asked.
"Yeah," I replied.
I walked to my room.
"Go two rooms down. There should be a empty room," I told her.
"Thanks," T.L said.
"No problem," I replied.
"Good night," She said.
"Good night," I replied.
I walked in to my room and changed into pajamas. I crawled into my bed and fell asleep.
