the doctor walked in and said.....you have a year to live.

this means I will die before I graduate. that is awful.
I looked over at my mom and sister they where both in teres. the doctor also said that I have a second chance to live. he said that I could put my name on a kidney transfer list.
I told him yes. I need a second chance to make friends.

the next few days were ruff. I was allowed to go home but I had to have a breathing tube in my throat. and I was put on bed rest so could not go outside to do school.
every day of terrorism my sister got home from school my mom made her help my to the bathroom. it was weird but I got used to it.
a month later I got a call from my doctor. he said they found a donor. I was so excited. but then he told my I had to be taken to Texas to get the operation down.
I asked him how long I would be there and he said I would only be there for a week but I had to go alone. my heart sank to my feet.
